That's all from our coverage, folks! UP Warriorz Women register their first win of the season. Thank you for staying with us throughout the game. For now, this is Deepak Prakash signing off on behalf of co-commentators Akshay Bhide and Hitesh Peddurwar, along with scorer/analyst Raju Khariya. CHEERS!
Kiran Navgire (Player of the Match): "I'm good. The recovery was good and I'm feeling good now. Healy told me before that I would open. So, I was prepared for it. I was feeling good to get a chance to open. I played according to the merit of the ball. In the last innings, I flopped. So, I decided to play according to the ball tonight. I feel I should play according to my strengths and stepping out against the spinners is my strength."
Player of the Match: Kiran Navgire
Alyssa Healy (UP Warriorz Women Captain): "Yeah, obviously over the moon to get ourselves on the board and beat a quality side like Mumbai, but yeah, I thought that the girls just bounced back really well from a disappointing night the other night.

See, apparently Kiran Navgire actually went to the boss last night and said, boss, can I please open? So she wants to open, but I think she's put a fair case forward, moving forward as to why she should be doing it, but I mean, things happen for a reason.

Yeah, to be fair, I thought they probably got 25 too many on us. I think we gave away way too many in the field, let a few opportunities slip and we were a bit disappointed with that. I thought they had too many. But full credit to the batters who went out there and got the job done for us tonight, which we haven't been doing very well. The bowlers have been keeping us in it, so it was a nice comeback.

No, I don't think it's one-dimensional at all. I mean, yes, there is a lot of spin, but they're all very different. They all play a very different role for us. So spin is still playing a key role and it will do for us, but we've still got some seam options on the bench that we can always look at if need be. But at the moment we're doing the job.

[About celebration]
We get cake, that is what we do in India and that is what Sophie Ecclestone is most excited about."
Sintex Sixes of the Match: Kiran Navgire
Electric Striker of the Match: Grace Harris
Time for the post-match presentation.
Deepti Sharma: “It’s a good feeling to finish on the winning side. Didn’t feel like it was a big total. We had a good start with Kiran and Alyssa. Whatever happens, happens for good. Even if Vrinda had come out to open, she would have done good. We are happy with our performances. We would have love to restrict them to a low total than this. We were poor in the death overs and it is a crucial period while bowling."
Nat Sciver-Brunt (Mumbai Indians Women Captain): “Yesterday evening, I found out that I was leading tonight. A quick turnaround but was prepared for it.

As seen on this ground, when you get the opportunity to win the toss and bowl first, it becomes good for batting and probably, we didn’t have enough runs on the board. No concerns about defending the totals. We have got batters that are feeling pretty good. A pretty long tournament and no panic stations yet.

I don’t think much about the bowling line-up. We didn’t execute and the batters at the other side came out hard. It’s pretty hard when the batters come out hard. Issy came in and created a good impact. Picked up two wickets but we failed to squeeze the new batters.

We are really looking forward to the next clash. The crowd will be up and we had the luxury of home games last season. Looking forward to facing the RCB Women next."
10:32 PM IST, Local Time: UP Warriorz Women convincingly defeated the defending champions, Mumbai Indians Women, by 7 wickets with 21 balls to spare, securing their first win of the season after facing back-to-back defeats. Thanks to Kiran Navgire, for that rollicking start.

Earlier, after being invited to bat first, Mumbai Indians Women got off to a solid start as Hayley Matthews and Yastika Bhatia added 50 runs for the first wicket, with Yastika departing for 26 runs. Nat Sciver-Brunt and Matthews scored at a brisk pace and added 42 runs between them. However, Nat departed for 19 runs, while Matthews played a well-composed knock of 55 runs. Amelia Kerr (23), Pooja Vastrakar (18), and Issy Wong (15*) provided valuable contributions towards the end of the innings, helping Mumbai Indians Women post 161/6 in their allotted 20 overs.

Anjali Sarvani, Grace Harris, Sophie Ecclestone, Deepti Sharma, and Rajeshwari Gayakwad celebrated a wicket apiece for UP Warriorz Women.

In pursuit of 161 runs, UP Warriorz Women got off to a blazing start as Alyssa Healy and Kiran Navgire went honkers and bonkers from the word go, especially Kiran, who pummeled MI bowlers all around the park and notched up her fifty off just 25 balls. The duo put on a formidable partnership of 94 runs for the first wicket, with Kiran eventually departing after a scintillating knock of 57 runs.

Following the wicket of Kiran, Wong removed Tahlia McGrath (1) and Healy (33) in the same over and brought MI Women back in the hunt. However, Grace Harris and Deepti Sharma then formed an unbeaten partnership of 65 runs for the fourth wicket, guiding their side to victory by 7 wickets with 21 balls to spare. Harris contributed 38 runs, while Deepti added 27 runs.

Mumbai Indians Women conceded runs at regular intervals and failed to defend 161 runs. Issy Wong bagged a couple of wickets for MI Women, while Amelia Kerr celebrated a solitary wicket.

Stick around for the presentation...
16.3 P Vastrakar to D Sharma
4 FOUR!!! Deepti Sharma makes full advantage of the free hit. Hits a boundary and takes her side home. Vastrakar from round the wicket bangs it short on the stumps, Deepti backs away and goes for the pull but gets a top edge that flies in the fine leg region for a boundary. A comprehensive victory for the UP Warriorz Women as they beat the Mumbai Indians Women by seven wickets with 21 balls to spare.
Oh, the hooter 🚨 goes up and it's a no-ball. Free hit loading....
16.3 P Vastrakar to G Harris
1nb Fuller delivery on the stumps and Harris flicks it towards long on for a single. Ohh Dear!!! Vastrakar has overstepped here and no ball signaled by the umpire. Free hit coming up.
16.2 P Vastrakar to G Harris
4 Back-to-back boundaries for Harris. Vastrakar bowls it short outside off and it sits up nicely for Harris who pulls it powerfully through mid wicket. Splits the gap between long on and deep mid wicket perfectly and adds four runs to his tally.
