Milestone
This is it, from the 4th match of the Abu Dhabi T10 league. I hope all of you have enjoyed the coverage from us. It's time for me to bid adieu, signing off Arijit Kundu alongside co-commentator, Tushar Garg.

And yes, do stay tuned to the next match of the Abu Dhabi T10 league where the CSK boys, Faf and DJ, rolls on to make some noise. Starts soon.
Player of the match: Liam Livingstone.
Arriving for the chase, Kennar Lewis really started off well but lost his partner, Moeen Ali quite early. Ali went dismissed right in the first over trying to go after a short ball and top-edged it eventually. Kennar and Samit Patel managed to glue 43 runs together. They lost a few more wickets and were put on the backfoot for 87-4 after Ross Whiteley departed.

It was Rovman Powell, on whom the whole side was depending on then. Soon Naveen Ul Haque sent him back in the 9th over and also followed it up with a wicket of Abhimanyu Mithun in the very next delivery. It was all over for the Warriors as the bowlers were successful to defend the total by 21 runs.
Rovman Powell was the highest runscorer, building up 42 runs from 19 deliveries. Marchant De Lange, Danny Briggs, and Naveen ul Haque scalped two wickets each and Fidel Edwards  got a wicket to his name.
Earlier in the game, Northern Warriors had won the toss and opted to field first. Warriors were good enough in the initial overs to get the edge over the top order of Team Abu Dhabi. Paul Stirling was set back to the hut for a golden duck right in the 2nd over.He was soon followed by Phill Salt who really looked good in his stay of 15 balls.

Soon a few more wickets fell including Chris Gayle, Colin Ingram, and Jamie Overton and it was Liam Livingstone who took the charge of the game in his hands.

They were on 81-5 after 8 overs and right in the 9th over Liam Livingstone hit 34 runs off Irish paceman Joshua Little.  He bludgeoned Little for 4 sixes and two fours with two extra dots in the over. He was well accompanied by Marchant De Lange. They managed to hit a few more in the last over and boost the total to 132-5 after 10 overs. They managed to gallop 52 runs from the last two overs. Liam Livingstone was the highest runscorer fidgeting 68 runs from just 23 balls.
A few succession of wickets at regular intervals and that was enough to put the brakes on the run-scoring of Northern Warriors.

Somewhere or the other, that 9th over from Joshua Little turned out to be the gamechanging point in the match. Special shout to Liam Livingstone for bludgeoning 4 sixes and 2 fours in just a solitary over.
With this victory, Team Abu Dhabi tops the charts with two on two wins and Northern Warriors must be disappointed with consecutive defeats on their way. Though it's just the beginning of the tournament and they have more opportunities to make a U-turn.

Kudos to Team Abu Dhabi for a 21 runs victory against the Warriors.
