I always try to remain normal as I might not perform tomorrow. I have tried sticking to my basics while bowling and that has paid off."

Kashi Rudra won the toss and elected to bowl first, and Lucknow Falcons on the back of Skipper Priyam Garg's 60 runs off 39 balls, and Sameer Choudhary's 39 runs off 32 balls, helped them post a modest total of 143/9 at the end of their 20 overs. No other batter crossed the 10 run-mark apart from these two.

Sunil Kumar was the pick of the bowlers with 3/24 from his 4 overs.

Come the chase, the wickets kept tumbling for Kashi Rudras with not many runs on the board. Bhuvi rolled back the years with some exceptional powerplay bowling and he was well supported by his partners to leave Kashi reeling at 55/6 at one stage.

However, Yashovardhan Singh and Shivam Mavi provided hope for Kashi Rudras with a nice partnership worth 58 runs to give Kashi hope. However, Prashant soon broke through to pull the game back for Lucknow Falcons but Mavi had other ideas, as he hit Lucknow's premier bowler for 3 sixes in the penultimate over!

With 8 needed off the last over, Mavi just needed 3 balls to finish the game off in a style with a six and a four! Eventually, Mavi finished unbeaten on 46 runs off 20 balls to help his team past the finish line!
