Milestone
That's it from this amazing game between Guyana Amazon Warriors Women and Trinbago Knight Riders Women with the Knight Riders winning in the Super Over and keeping their hopes alive in the competition. Keep joining us for more cricketing actions across the globe and across formats in our network. For now, this is Ayan Chatterjee signing off on behalf of my co-commentator Saptak Sanyal alongside scorer/analyst Ashok Dayma. Stay safe, happy, and cool. Goodbye and CHEERS!
Deandra Dottin (Player of the Match and Trinbago Knight Riders Captain): "Yes very happy with the win and glad to contribute to the team's cause always. I am relieved that we have kept ourselves in the contest and competition. I have never lost Super Over, if my memory serves me correct. So, happy to win.

We could have gotten more runs but we lost the way as they bowled well. Erin Burns was amazing and she almost won the game. But the way our bowlers fought at the backend and took us to super over was great to see. Great effort by the girls.

Samara Ramnath was great. She is a great character and she always thrives under pressure. She is meant for the big occasions. Hopes alive and onto the next game."
Player of the Match: Deandra Dottin.
Lauren Winfield-Hill(Guyana Amazon Warriors Captain): "We were very much in the game. Deandra deserves the credit as she was really good. There were a couple of high deliveries which might have been a no-ball.

We have another game against Barbados Royals and they are the best side so far in this tournament. We will look to comeback stronger."
9:15 AM IST, 11:45 PM Local Time: What a game we have had here in Tarouba. There was nothing to choose between the sides and match ended in a tie as both teams scored 128 apiece. In the end, Trinbago Knight Riders Women held their nerves to win the Super Over and keep their hopes alive in the competition. Guyana were cruising at one stage, but they let it slip and lost in the Super Over.

Let's recap you the full game. It was Guyana who won the toss and decided to field. The Trinbago Knight Riders started solidly as the openers put on 66 for the first wicket. Captain Deandra Dottin was the star with 53 off 38 balls while Harshita Samarawickrama scored 18 off 18 balls. But they slipped after that and lost wickets in clumps. Shikha Pandey lower down the order played well for her 25 off 24 balls while Kycia Knight scored 16 off 22 balls. 5 extras given by the fielding side as the Knights finished with 128/8 in 20 overs.

Chloe Tryon was the pick of the bowlers for Guyana Amazon Warriors with figures of 2/12 in 4 overs. Shabnim Ismail chipped in with a couple of wickets for 24 runs in 4 overs. Karishma Ramharack picked up 2/19 in 4 overs as well while Erin Burns picked up a wicket as well.

Chasing 129 for the win, the Guyana Amazon Warriors lost Sheneta Grimmond early. Skipper Lauren Winfield-Hill scored 11 off 15 balls. But it was Erin Burns who held the innings together and scored 61 off 50 balls and was run out in the end. Shemaine Campbelle scored 25 off 29 balls as well. But they fell under pressure and could not get over the line finishing at 128/5 in 20 overs tying the game. 8 extras given by the fielding side.

For Trinbago Knight Riders Women, Zaida James, Jannilea Glasgow, and Samara Ramnath picked up a wicket each as there were two run outs in the innings as well.

Then in the Super Over, TKR were asked to bat first and scored 19* runs off 6 balls with Deandra Dottin scoring 13* off 4 balls while Jemimah Rodrigues scored 6* off 2 balls off Shabnim Ismail.

Then chasing 20 for the win, Guyana Amazon Warriors ended with 5/2 in 6 balls with Chloe Tryon  being run out and Erin Burns being dismissed for a golden duck. Campbelle and McLean tried but to no avail as Jess Jonassen bowled a superb super over.

So, Trinbago Knight Riders Women win the Super Over and keep their hopes alive in the competition. Stay tuned for the presentations.
0.6 J Jonassen to N McLean
1 TKR are very much alive in the tournament!!!! They have won in the super over. Two crucial points! Guyana Amazon Warriors can't believe it. Full and fired on the leg stump. McLean dances down the pitch, hoicks across the line and loses her shape, inside-edging it to deep backward square leg for a single.
0.5 J Jonassen to S Campbelle
1 Just a legal delivery needed for the TKR side to register a victory. Good length around off, Campbelle steers it away to the square leg region for a single.
0.4 J Jonassen to N McLean
1 Short of a length at the outside off stump line, McLean steers it away to point fielder for a single. 18 from 2 balls the equation is and TKR is surely going to come out victorious here.
Natasha McLean comes in. As per the rules, we should have completed the game with 2 wickets down for Guyana. Both teams will get the opportunity to play six balls. Different rules altogether in WCPL!

0.3 J Jonassen to E Burns
W WICKET! IN THE AIR AND TAKEN AT LONG-ON! Fuller length delivery and in the off stump, Burns looks to go big and gets holed out to long-on as the catch is taken in the boundary line. There is no power behind the slog sweep and a simple catch for Dottin in the deep. This means Guyana now need three maximums to take the game to another super over. But why the game is still going on! Guyana are 2 down and a new batter is making her way onto the ground!
0.2 J Jonassen to S Campbelle
1 Erin Burns will be on strike next ball but Guyana Amazon Warriors require 19 from 4 balls. Fuller length delivery outside off, Campbelle steers it away towards cover for a single.

0.1 J Jonassen to Tryon
1W WICKET!!!!!! TKR have got a very promising start in the super over as they got a wicket in the very first ball. Around the wicket. Short and outside off, Tryon drags it down to wide long-on for a single and wants the second and there is a run out at the striker's end. Dottin throws it at the striker's end and Kycia Knight takes the bails off. Run out done as Tryon was short of her crease for the second time in the game.
