For now, this is Ayan Chatterjee signing off on behalf of my co-commentators Saptak Sanyal and Pritam Dey alongside scorers/analysts Vishnu Verma and Raju Khariya. Stay safe, happy, and cool. Goodbye and CHEERS!
Najmul Hossain Shanto (Bangladesh Captain): "Yes, obviously. Boys showed great character and the way Hridoy and Jaker batted was great to see. We need to execute our plans. We did not bowl well in the last 5 overs and need to improve on the performances of the team. There are areas to work on and hope to do well in the upcoming games."
Towhid Hridoy (Player of the Match) : "I tried to execute my plans and play according to the match situations. The wicket was a bit slow so I took my time and then accelerated as the game progressed. I told my partner as well its a different wicket so we played carefully and calculated our innings well."
Player of the Match- Towhid Hridoy
Sikandar Raza(Zimbabwe Captain)- "I think the top five of us including myself should step up. I think the elephant is in the room although we are working hard. Our lower order has performed well.

Let's not look too far ahead. Richard is injured, who is the best death bowler we have. Blessing Muzarabani did well. You don't expect that a youngster will step up everyday and they have made mistakes. I think this is a great learning opportunity for them as they are playing in Bangladesh.

Faraz and Wellington stepped up and took the game close. At a point we thought that we can win the game. I think our top five should step up. Our performance graph is increasing match by match and that's a positive. I think I'm the biggest culprit in these loses."
Time for the post match presentation.

6:07 PM IST, 6:37 PM Local Time: We have had a good game here in Chattogram. Bangladesh wins the game by 9 runs as they stave off a spirited challenge from Zimbabwe to seal the series 3-0 with 2 games to spare. They played better than Zimbabwe in all facets of the game and deserved the win in the end.

Chasing a challenging 166 for the win, Zimbabwe lost early wickets to be pushed in the back foot. Joylord Gumbie went early while Marumani scored 31. Clive Madande scored 11. Johnathan Campbell scored 21 off 10 balls. Wellington Masakadza scored 13 off 14 balls while Faraz Akram top scored with 34* off 19 balls. Blessing Muzarabani came and tried his best but it was a bridge too far. 13 extras given by the fielding side as Zimbabwe ended with 156/9 in 20 overs.

Mohammad Saifuddin was the pick of the bowlers with figures of 3/42 in 4 overs. A couple of wickets for Rishad Hossain. A wicket apiece for Tanvir Islam, Taskin Ahmed, Tanzim Hasan Sakib, and Mahmudullah Riyad.

Earlier in the game, Bangladesh were asked to bat first by Zimbabwe. They lost Litton Das early once again for 12. Tanzid Hasan scored 21. Towhid Hridoy was the star of the show with his 57 off 38 balls. Jaker Ali gave him good company with his 44 off 34 balls. Mahmudullah and Rishad Hossain finished things off nicely. 10 extras given by the fielding side as Bangladesh ended with 165/5 in 20 overs.

Blessing Muzarabani was the pick of the bowlers for Zimbabwe with figures of 3/14 in 4 overs. A wicket apiece for Faraz Akram and skipper Sikandar Raza. The rest remained wicketless.

So, Bangladesh wins by 9 runs to take a 3-0 lead in the series and win the series as well with 2 games left. Stay tuned for the presentations.

19.6 M Saifuddin to F Akram
2 Bangladesh Win by 9 runs! Banged it short again on the stumps, slower delivery, 111.3 kmph, Akram was ready for it and pulls it towards deep mid wicket for a couple of runs.
Saifuddin needs a legal delivery now to close this game.
19.5 M Saifuddin to B Muzarabani
1 Length ball on the stumps, Muzarabani hits it down the ground towards long-on for a single.
That's the dot ball Bangladesh were looking for. Zimbabwe now needs two maximums to level the score.
19.4 M Saifuddin to B Muzarabani
0 Dot Ball. This was badly needed for Bangladesh. Banged it short, slower delivery, 111.7 kmph, around off stump, Muzarabani plays the pull short early and misses it completely. Muzarabani needs 2 sixes now!
