I think he batted really well, he's bowled really well in the practice games, and he gave us no choice but to play him as the first all-rounder that we have. And I'm very happy as a youngster, he's shaping up for us and hopefully, he'll go miles with the kind of talent that he has and wishing him all the best.

Good opportunity again for me to finish the game for my team. Obviously, there was a little bit of pressure initially because the wickets were going on, but I think the way Manvanth Kumar batted and came out those two crucial sixes and a couple of boundaries in the middle was a little easy for us in the end. The Blasters tried hard with the ball, but their batting really let them down today. The bowlers and fielders of Tigers set it up before the batters completed the formalities.
Chasing a paltry 106 for the win, Luvnith Sisodia got off to a fast start as he scored 33 off 17 balls. Mohammad Taha could get to double figures. Manvanth Kumar came in and scored a quickfire 28 off 19 balls while skipper Manish Pandey kept his cool and remained unbeaten on 23* off 16 balls and finished the match off. The Tigers did suffer a few hiccups out there in the middle but the chase was very much under control as they did it inside 14 overs.
Bengaluru Blasters had a low total to defend and to be fair their bowlers tried. A couple of wickets for the Impact Player Ashraf while Hegde bowled an economical spell and got a wicket. A wicket to Rishi Bopanna and Kumar LR as well. But it was too late in the day as they had a low score to defend.
Earlier in the game, Bengaluru Blasters never got going after being put into bat first. Only skipper Mayank Agarwal played well and scored a half century. He scored 50 off 34 balls. Raju got to double figures and so did Ahuja but nothing to write home about as they were bowled out for 105 in 18.4 overs.
