That's all from the 3rd and Final ODI encounter between England Women and Pakistan Women.

For now, this is Pritam Dey signing off on behalf of co-commentators Deepak Prakash, Saptak Sanyal and Omkar Iyer who, along with scorer/analysts Ghanendra Singh Thakur brought all the actions of this clash. Stay tuned for more cricketing action from around the world.
Heather Knight has collected the series trophy and is joining her teammates for a celebration. The entire England Women side are posing for a photograph now. They have shown a dominant performance in this series.
Heather Knight (England Women Captain) - "Really pleased with the work, we were pretty disappointed with the performance at derby. It was a complete performance today. Getting to 300 first, and later having fun on the field as well with some bounce and pace. The goal was to win, that's what the aim is to be ruthless when you play for the team.

The depth we have got is phenomenal. We left out some quality players on the bench, but that is a nice headache to have. Nat Sciver-Brunt is just amazing, she is desperate to make a big score. She manipulated the field, found the gap well and went on to make a century, and she was magnificent with the ball as well. Loved the way Ecclestone provides the team with control. It is mad that she is just 25 and already has 100 WODI wickets to her name."
Fatima Sana(Pakistan Women Captain)- "We started really well with the ball and did well. It is good to play here. We learnt a lot of things from them and they played a good brand of cricket.

Umme Hani is a young player and she did well with the ball. Hope with increasing experience, she will do well in the world cup. Yes, my pace has increased and I am delivering at 71kmph. That's a good thing.

I think we have played some really good cricket and we are confident about qualifying in the world cup next year."

Sophie Ecclestone (Player of the Series) - “Yeah it was a really cool achievement to be part of some of the greats. I was having a look at the giant screen while walking up the stairs to the pavilion. I am not someone who looks into the stats much.

I want to keeping enjoying my cricket rather than looking into the stats. I always try to keep myself one step ahead of the batters and hopefully use my arm ball or different variations to dismiss the batters. I am looking forward to the World Cup now and also to the Ashes.”

Player of the Series- Sophie Ecclestone
Nat Sciver-Brunt(Player of the Match)-  "I guess I am pretty happy with my level of skill but also the mental side of it as well. Managed to get through the tougher patches today, adn communicated well with her partner in the middle. I guess I was lucky when I went on the back foot, got some power into my shot but it is more about playing with the field".
Player of the Match- Nat Sciver-Brunt

23:34 IST and 19:04 Local Time | England Women have comprehensively defeated Pakistan Women by 178 runs and won the ODI Series 2-0.

Having won the toss and electing to bat. England got off to a decent start with the bat on a really good surface. The Pakistan bowlers were disciplined with the new ball but not for long as they started leaking runs after 6overs inside the Powerplay. England were down to 70/3 in 13.1 overs and were in a slight spot of bother.

The 4th wicket partnership which added 79 runs for the hosts between Nat Sciver-Brunt and Danielle Wyatt got them into a really good position to post a really big score on the board. Wyatt was dismissed for 44 of 42 balls but the runs kept flowing as Nat Sciver Brunt, the set batter was out there in the middle.

Amy Jones (27 off 27) and Alice Capsey (39* off 42) chipped in with decent contributions but Nat Sciver-Brunt was the dominator in the 1st Innings as she achieved her 9th ODI Hundred with an unbeaten 124 off 117 balls. England scored a massive 302/5 in their 50 overs which looked well above par. Umme Hani (2/47) was the pick of the bowlers for Pakistan. Pakistan women needed 303 runs to chase this target and level the series.

In reply, Pakistan never looked going in the run chase as they kept losing wickets at regular Intervals. The 5th wicket partnership of 39 runs between Najiha Alvi and Muneeba Ali was the highest in the 2nd Innings for the visitors. Muneeba was the highest run scorer of the innings with 47 runs. Aliya Riaz contributed 36 with the bat. Sophie Ecclestone (3/15) was the pick of the bowlers for England. England dominated the game as they bundled out Pakistan for 124 runs. The Pakistan Captain suffered an hamstring injury hence she was unable to bat in the 2nd Innings. The Hosts win the 3 Match ODI Series 2-0.
Nida Dar, who suffered a hamstring injury in the 48th over of the first innings, will not come out to bat today. So this means England have won the game by 178 runs and won the series by 2-0 margin.
29.1 S Ecclestone to A Riaz
W Sophia Dunkley, the substitute fielder has taken the catch and Aliya Riaz's fighting 36 comes to an end. Ecclestone from round the wicket. Full delivery at the outside off stump line.
