That's all from the 2nd T20I encounter between England Women and Pakistan Women.

For now, this is Pritam Dey signing off on behalf of co-commentators Saptak Sanyal and Anirudh Modi who, along with scorer/analysts Zeeshan Naiyer brought all the actions of this clash. Stay tuned for more cricketing action from around the world.

Heather Knight (England Women Captain)- "Really pleased with the way we batted in the powerplay. But we lost some wickts in the middle but we came back later. We were clinical in the bowling.

Yes our spinners are our strength. They used the variations, took the pace off and bowled in the right areas. Danielle Gibson is an excellent cricketer and she had proven her worth in the death overs in the New Zealand tour.

Danielle Wyatt is a good asset for us. The way she contributes with bat and fielding, becomes helpful for us. Sophie Ecclestone is one of our biggest strength. She has wide experience and uses it well. I think we have to continue the momentum for the final game of the series."
Nida Dar (Pakistan Captain) : โ€œWell the approach was really nice and the intent that was shown by our batters in the middle was something we had discussed in the meeting. We should take positives out of this game ahead of our next match.

Our strength has been our bowling and our bowlers stepped up again but the batting part is not working out for us. We are working on it and lets hope we perform better in the next game. Thanks for the personal milestone, I am very happy for that but would have been even happier had we won this game as well.โ€

Alice Capsey (Player of the Match): "Once I got in, it was easy to play. It seemed really slow and as a batting unit we did not have a great start in the last game and we wanted to improve on that this time around.

Yeah it did get harder, but yeah it just puts a doubt in your game, I just tried different shots and it came off. Just trying to create different lengths, everyone came into it with a plan and we are happy.

It'd be nice to score runs every game but I'm learning to keep peace and perform under pressure. Heather and the staff back me completely to be a match winner. We have got 3 quality spinners and it was nice to take the opportunity and win this game."

Time for the post match presentation ceremony..
01:40 IST and 21:10 Local Time | England are coming out with flying colours and they have also clinched a series victory too. This has been a comprehensive performance from them to defeat Pakistan by 66 runs and go 2-0 up in the 3-match series.

England elected to bat first after winning the toss and right from the start of their innings, they used the powerplay very firmly. They took on the Pakistani bowlers to add a few boundaries at the start although they had lost Danielle Nicole Wyatt for 6. Alice Capsey hit 5 boundaries in the third over of Waheeda Akhtar. She and Maia Bouchier added 49 runs for the second wicket. Pakistan came back strongly after the powerplay and restricted the run flow. Maia got out scoring 30 and Capsey scored just 31 runs facing 33 balls! Nat Sciver-Brunt batted well for her 21 ball 31 run knock but Nashra sent her back. Skipper Heather Knight went back cheaply but a good 18-run cameo from Danielle Gibson helped Englad to reach 144 after the end of the 20th over.

For Pakistan, Nida Dar took two wickets and became the highest wicket-taker in Women's T20I cricket. Waheeda Akhtar, Diana Baig and Sadia Iqbal took a wicket.

Coming to chase the run, Pakistan never looked good. The second over of Lauren Bell rewarder her with two wickets and that pushed Pakistan to backfoot. They lost Gul Feroza and Sadaf Shamas cheaply and at the other end, Sidra Ameen was struggling. Muneeba Ali hit 3 boundaries to score 18 runs from 12 balls but her innings was not enough to put Pakistan in a comfortable position. They lost Nida Dar and Sidra Ameen in a quick succession and England were on the zenith. Aliya Riaz batted for 17 balls and scored 19 runs hitting 3 boundaries but she got out by Alice Capsey who bowled a terrific over to start her spell.  Fatima Sana and Diana Baig were dismissed cheaply and Pakistan were 72 for 8. But Waheeda Akhtar and Nashra Sandhu showed a brief resistance to ensure their team doesn't lose early. They batted 17 balls before Waheeda top edged one towards point. Eventually Pakistan got wrapped up for just 79, losing the match by 65 runs.

Sophie Ecclestone was the stand-out bowler in the run chase picking up 3 wickets for 11 runs. Alice Capsey took 2 wickets for just 4 runs. Sarah Glenn and Lauren Bell also took 2 wickets for the home side.
