Milestone
That's it from our coverage of the second ODI between West Indies and England from Antigua. Ninaad Dixit here signing off on behalf of my co-commentator AkshayaKrishna Polya and scorer Yogesh Kumar. Stay tuned for more cricketing action from around the world.
Jos Buttler (England Captain): "I've been searching a bit for some form, it's something that I've been searching for a little bit so to be not out and get the team over the line is pleasing.

Yeah, really pleasing. I've been playing for a while now so to it's always nice to get to those milestones and be consistent over a long period of time. I have had moments where it has been frustrating. I was getting fed up with it so it was time to put in a performance and get back to the player that I know I am.

Sam Curran is a brilliant character. He had a tough day the other day but he's a fantastic character. He's always up for the challenge and never shies away from it. He led from the front for us today which is just what we needed.

Yeah, very enthusiastic for the final game. It's great to be in those situations, those must-win games. We can't wait to be in Barbados for the decider."
Shai Hope (West Indies Captain): "We didn't start as well as we should have started with the bat. We put ourselves under a bit of pressure. There are some positives as well, Sherfane played a really good innings but we also didn't finish as good as we could have. We weren't smart enough and that's what caused our downfall in batting.

Yeah Sherfane is doing it for quite sometime now. Especially in the regional stuff. You can see he has matured along as a batter. We all know he can strike the ball but seeing him play the way he is playing is very pleasing. I hope he continues that.

We know he can operate the ball as well. It's not something we expect him to do in this team but we know he can be someone who can turn up and pick up some wickets and give us some in-roads.

It was challenging for spinners. Anytime you bowl here under lights, some dew as well so it becomes difficult for spinners to grip the ball but they still tried their best and I saw the belief in both the spinners they have and I must commend the efforts.

We have to win the game to win the series and we need to turn up with more planning, preparation and we will be ready for the next game."
Sam Curran (Player of the Match): "Really pleased. Obviously tough day the other day but you got to move forward and keep trying to bounce back and that's a great thing about this series, you can bounce back. We lost that game and bounced back strong today so really pleased.

It is a quite big breeze and I didn't find the ball swing much so just tried to change the angle and luckily a few edges.

We did so many things right in that first game. The message from the coach and the captain was that we just have to come back today and try and put things right."

4:39 AM IST, 7:09 PM Local Time: England win the second game comfortably by 6 wickets and level the three match series 1-1! The skipper Jos Buttler won the toss and decided to have a bowl first and restricted the Windies to 202 inside 40 overs.

Quick recap to the chase as the openers Will Jacks and Phil Salt started off in attacking manner adding 50 runs inside the first 6 overs. Phil Salt was the first man to depart as Romario Shepherd produced a peach of a delivery to rattle his stumps.

Zak Crawley couldn't make the most of his opportunity at number 3 and was dismissed by left arm spinner Gudakesh Motie for just 3. Jacks continued batting wisely and completed his half century.

West Indies opened a window to make a comeback sending Ben Duckett for a low score too and soon dismissed Jacks for 73 in 72 balls. His knock comprised of 6 fours and 4 sixes. Out of form skipper Jos Buttler entered the fray and with Harry Brook ensured that there were no fatalities in the England batting lineup.

Buttler finished unbeaten with 58 in 45 balls with Brook scoring 43 in 49 balls hitting the winning boundary. Buttler also became the fifth England batter to score over 5000 ODI runs enroute his knock.

Motie (2/34) was the pick of the bowlers for the hosts with Romario Shepherd (1/27) and Sherfane Rutherford (1/24) being the other wicket takers. There were never enough runs on the board and with the kind of start England got, only quick wickets could have brought the Windies back in the hut.

Stay tuned as we bring you the post match presentation.
