01:57 AM IST| Outlaws outperformed the Bears by 11 runs
Earlier in the day, Birmingham Bears won the toss and opted to field first against Nottinghamshire Outlaws. But their decision costed them the match badly courtesy of Munro and Clarke. Brookes had the first laugh as he dismissed Alex Hales for one. That created a mount of pressure on Clarke and Munro a bit. But they soaked up the pressure and once the field got spread out, they started spending their run-scoring momentum. Munro being the aggressor showed his six-hitting skills. His 87-run  knock had 9 maximums to his name. Along with Clarke, the 122-run partnership changed the momentum of the match. Once he got out, Clarke took his place. By that time, he had his eyes set in and later he cashed in those opportunities. With Moores, he took the score above 200. Clarke remained not out on 89.
While chasing the score, Bears had a cold start. Moeen, Maxwell, and Davies combinedly added 34 runs for the first three wickets. Inside the powerplay, they lost three wickets breaking the momentum. Shaheen's early exploits made the chase tough for them. But Sam Hain had belief intact. He kept on pushing the bowlers back to the wall. His blistering innings instilled hopes for a victory. But it was too late to pull off a surprise. He had to do it all alone. If he had little support from his colleagues, he could have won the match. He remained not out on 97 runs as Outlaws got an 11-run win.

19.6 J Ball to S Hain
1 Short of a length delivery on the top of middle and off with the pace being taken off, Hain makes room and looks to slap that away but gets the top edge that balloons up in the air and lands in no man's area to the left of extra covers. A single is taken but Hain fails to get to a well-deserved century. So, Nottinghamshire Outlaws have defeated Birmingham Bears by 11 runs.

19.5 J Ball to Lintott
W RUN OUT! This game is done and dusted now. A high full toss on the middle and leg, Lintott looks to hoick that away but was late to react and gets a hit on his ribcage. Hain wanted to sneak across for a quick single but Lintott was never interested. Carter collects the ball from backward point region and throws that at the bowler's end as Lintott sacrifices his wicket.
The match is still alive practically.
What a time to bring up 200 runs on the board.
19.4 J Ball to Lintott
6 SIXXX! WOW! This game is not over yet. Good length delivery on the middle and leg, Lintott advances down the track and clobbers that across the line as the ball sails over the deep mid-wicket for a massive wicket. What a hit that was.

19.3 J Ball to D Briggs
W BOWLED 'EM! That should be the game for Nottinghamshire Outlaws. Good length delivery angling into the off-pole with the pace being taken off, Briggs gets his front leg out of the way and looks to heave that across the line but the ball sneaks past the blade and rattles the off-stump. Briggs departs for 1.
19.2 J Ball to S Hain
1 Back of a length delivery on the top of middle with the pace being taken off, Hain looks to hoick that across the line but gets the inner half of the blade that rolls to deep mid-wicket for a single.
19.1 J Ball to S Hain
4 FOUR! Hain pierces the gap beautifully. Around the wicket. Fuller and on the leg pole, Hain clears his front leg and shops that away across the line as the ball runs to deep square leg region for a boundary. Hain moves to 96.
Birmingham Bears requires 24 runs off the last over. Sam Hain is on strike and is 9 runs away from a century.

1 A single to end the over. Pitched short, pace taken off, Hain cuts hard to deep backward point for one run.
