That's it from our coverage of match number 3 of the Women's tri-series. Ninaad Dixit here signing off on behalf of my co-commentator Akshay Bhide and scorer Yogesh Kumar. Stay tuned for more cricket coverage from around the world.
Smriti Mandhana (Player of the Match): "Well I think the wicket was similar but after the first game, we rectified the mistakes. We assessed the conditions and decided to get to 145. But in the first game, the target was different. We decided not to go hard from the start. The team asked me to play sensibly in the first 7-8 overs and when Harry came to the crease, it allowed me to play strokes freely."
Smriti Mandhana is named the Player of the Match.
Harmanpreet Kaur (India Captain): "We didn't want to hurry up at any cost because keeping wickets (in hand) is something which gives you confidence and that's what we discussed and I think whatever we discussed in the team meeting, we executed it.

We had to bat really well especially on these wickets when runs are not easy to get but I think credit goes to Smriti the way she was batting and later on when I joined it was easy for me to just keep giving her strike first up and then later I can take the charge and that's what we discussed and I'm happy all boxes are ticked.

Whenever you go you always want to get those runs but unfortunately I wasn't available for the first game so it was important for me to get those runs today because whenever you come back its always new day for you and new situation where you have to go in and just bat and I think I'm really happy because I got those runs."
Hayley Matthews (West Indies Women Skipper): "Campbelle and I had a chat and decided to get going. Hundred percent. The Indian batters played great knocks and we helped them by dropping a couple of chances. We have to improve our game and step up for the next game."
Time for the post-match presentation.
1:30 AM IST: India get their 2nd win of the series to keep their first position in the points table! A terrific 56 runs victory against the West Indies who have lost their 2nd game straight into the tri series. A great partnership between the experienced Smriti Mandhana and Harmanpreet Kaur and then the bowling order that strangled the life out of the West Indies batters were key to the women in blue's success.

Quick recap to the game, Harmanpreet Kaur was back as the India skipper and elected to bat first as India put up a good total of 167/2 in their 20 overs on the back of Mandhana (74* off 51) and skipper herself scoring 56* off 35 deliveries with the duo adding an unbeaten 115 runs for the third wicket.

Shanika Bruce and Karishma Ramharack were the only wicket takers for the West Indies but the economy of the bowling attack did not help the team's cause. Ramharack induced an edge off opener Yastika Bhatia's bat and then Harleen Deol was trapped in front by Bruce in the 9th over of the game.

Deepti Sharma was the star for India in the second innings again as she picked up 2 wickets conceding 29 runs. Radha Yadav bowled a brilliant spell of 1/10 with Rajeshwari Gayakwad also chipping in with 1/16. Only Devika Vaidya conceded runs at 11.5 in her 2 over spell with Shikha Pandey (0/18) and Amanjot Kaur (0/10) sharing six overs between them.

Stay tuned as we bring you the post match presentation.
