That’s a wrap from our side as well. We appreciate your participation from all across the world. On behalf of my co-commentator Amit Das and Scorer/Analyst Yogesh Kumar, I, Deepak Prakash, am signing off. Please join us for the other fixtures across the world. Until then, Ta-Ta, Bye-Bye.✌✌✌
Meg Lanning (Australia Women Captain): "I believed that we did a good job of adjusting to the situation. It's wonderful to have Wareham back today. It was wonderful to have her back and watch her perform so well because she had a difficult time recovering from a really major accident."
Nigara Sultana(Bangladesh Women Captain): "Didn't get enough runs in the powerplay. We wanted to 40+ runs but lost early wickets, tried to cover up but couldn't actually. Good track, needed 140+ on this deck to beat any team. Tried to play natural game, if I play long innings, we will get a good total. Marufa, only 28, she's improving day by day. She will play better."
Georgia Wareham gets the Player of the Match Award : " Pretty special whenever you get a chance to play for the country, that too in a world cup match and take few wickets there. Bit of purchase there, but good to bat on. Hopefully it starts to turn a bit more from next games.Really cool for the selectors to back me coming here not having played much cricket. Cool experience."
We will be shortly back with the presentations....
1:15 AM IST | Deepak: Australia Women Have won 13 consecutive matches while chasing in the World Cups. Girls in yellow hammered the girls in green and red by 8 wickets with 10 balls to spare.πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰

After opting to bat first, Bangladesh Women posted a paltry 107 runs after playing the whole 20 overs. They started their inning on a lackluster note as they lost both their openers and were reeling at 11/2 in the 4th over. Nigar Sultana tried to steady the ship and became the first Bangladeshi woman to score a half-century against Aussie in the World Cups but she took too many balls to score her half-century as a result Bangladesh managed to post a paltry 107 runs after playing 20 overs. From the bowling front, Georgia Wareham was the star bowler for the Aussie as she scalped three crucial wickets and helped her side to restrict Bangladesh to a paltry 107 runs.

In pursuit of a Bangladesh Women's paltry 107 runs, Aussie's opener Beth Mooney again failed to impress with her bat and departed for a mere 2 runs. Alyssa Healy and Meg Lanning started the reconstruction work for the Aussie. The pair took the game far away from Bangladesh as they forged a partnership of 68 runs for the second wicket before Alyssa Healy departed for 37 runs.

Ashleigh Gardner (19*) joined Meg Lanning (48*) in the middle and the pair remained unbeaten till the end and helped their side to cross the winning line with 10 balls to spare.

From the bowling front, Marufa Akter and Shorna Akter only managed to extract a wicket for Bangladesh Women.

Overall, Australia Women dominated Bangladesh Women and they will look to carry their momentum in the upcoming matches, while Bangladesh Women need to regroup and come back stronger in the upcoming matches.

Stay tuned for the presentation...
