That’s a wrap from our side as well. Thank you for joining us from all around the globe. This is Prince Suman signing off on behalf of my co-commentator Saipavan Janaki and Scorer / Analyst Yogesh Kumar. Do join us for the other fixtures across the globe. Until then, Ta-Ta, Bye-Bye.

Heather Knight( England Women Captain): "Yeah, I think Ireland came at us quite hard and was good actually. Spinners brings us back into the game after the powerplay and the pitch which was conducive for the spinners. We have three world-class spinners in our line-up and it is really nice to have different options. Alice made the chase a lot easier for us. We made a little bit of hard work in the end but were happy with two points and on to the next game against India. In T20 cricket you have to take the aggressive option, that is the great mantra we have as a group and we have the depth to go really hard at the top. Thanks"
Laura Delany (Ireland Women Captain): "We are disappointed with the loss but fair play to England. They played us in both innings but there are some positives to take from this game. We have to make sure we put in big partnerships in our next game and that is one area we are going to target. The top three have batted with great intent and the next step is to keep that momentum going. We looking to play Pakistan, it was a competitive series when we played them in November and we take the confidence in the last few days. It is brilliant to have families away from homes, particularly at the World Cup and it is great to have them supporting us."
Alice Capsey (Player of the Match): "Yeah loving and playing for England in the world cup is a dream for everyone.  (Plans) It's clear to put pressure on the bowlers at every single opportunity. We are confident and we are enjoying and want to continue the same form in the next couple of games. Jon Lewis suits that and it's been brilliant. ( South Africa) are a little bit different, it was staying a little bit low and holding a little bit, so the slower balls are effective. I had to change my game a little bit but stick to my main mentality."

9:24 PM IST| Prince: Katherine Sciver Brunt finishes things off in style as England wins this game by 4 wickets with 34 balls left. πŸ™ŒπŸ™ŒπŸ™ŒπŸ™Œ

Chasing a small target of 106 for the win, England got a flying start as they scored 69 runs for a loss of 1 wicket in the powerplay. England lost Sophia Dunkley for 4(5) in the very first over of the second inning, but Alice Capsey joined Danielle Wyatt at no 3 with a positive mindset and stitched a quick partnership of 66 runs but their progress was halted when Alice Capsey departed for 51 runs off 22 balls.

Nat Sciver Brunt, Heather Knight, and Amy Jones were next to bat but were unable to settle in the crease and sent back to the pavilion soon. In the middle, Ireland's bowler took some wickets in quick succession and tried to come back into the game but they didn't have too much run to defend.

Danielle Wyatt was good with her 16 off 13 balls but got run out in the middle. It was the Alice Capsey show as she scored a brilliant 51 runs off 22 balls. Skipper Heather Knight scored 14 off 23 balls. Katherine Sciver Brunt finished things off in style with her unbeaten 5* off 4 balls to win the game for her side. On the flip side, Cara Murray was the pick of the bowlers as she extracted 3 wickets, while Orla Prendergast and Arlene Kelly extracted a solitary wicket.

Earlier, after winning the toss and opting to bat first, Ireland women's team managed to post a small score of 105 runs for a loss of 10 wickets in 18.2 overs against the strong bowling attack of England. They got a decent start as they scored 42 runs for loss of 1 wicket in 6 overs but were unable to convert it into a big total and bundle out 105 runs in 18.2 overs. Gaby Lewis was the top contributor for Ireland, as she scored 36 runs off 37 balls, while Orla Prendergast scored 17 off 15 balls.

England Women's bowlers did a great job. Sophie Ecclestone was the pick of the bowler, gave away 13 runs in his 4 overs, and pocketed 3 wickets. Sarah Glenn also bowled well and picked up three wickets. Charlie Dean took 2 wickets in his spell. Lauren Bell and Sciver Brunt celebrated with a wicket each.
