That's it from this game. Both teams will be back in action on Tuesday at Nottingham for the fourth and final T20I before they square off in a 4-match ODI series. Do join us for all these matches and for all other fixtures across the globe, stay tuned to our network. For now, this is Ayan Chatterjee signing off on behalf of my co-commentator Deepak Prakash alongside scorer/analyst Chandan Kumar Singh. Stay safe, happy, and cool. Goodnight and CHEERS!
Tim Southee (New Zealand Captain): " Yes, we have bounced back well and the way we played today showed character. Finn stepped it up for us and then Phillips supported him and we got to a good total here. I thought the spinners bowled well and used the conditions well as the pitch looked dry out there. I think the two changes today did well as we are rotating the squad ahead of the ODIS as well. Happy to get the win and keep the series alive."
Jos Buttler (England Captain): "Yeah, I think credit to New Zealand I think they've really outplayed us, a good toss to win but and I think we probably let them get a little few too many there but yeah, I think credit to them. That partnership with Finn Allen and Glenn Phillips, we just couldn't break that and they took the game away from us a bit.

I mean, you're chasing that kind of score you needed a fast start and a really good power play. New Zealand bowled well and yeah, we didn't get anything going, any partnerships and it looked a big defeat in the end.

[Speaking about why he didn't use Moeen] Yeah, I think just with the two right-handers I think maybe you need to use them early maybe in the power play or something but yeah, I felt like it was a hard matchup for him at that point."

Finn Allen (Player of the Match): "The way they bowled, we tried to push through the middle and take it deep. I concentrated on maintaining my form and adopting a more systematic approach rather than being overly impulsive. Since we were uncertain about the good score, our strategy was to closely observe the ball and respond accordingly."
10:20 PM IST, 5:50 PM Local Time: That's it then. A comprehensive win for New Zealand as they storm back in this 4-match T20I series. After losing the first two matches badly, they have returned the favour by winning this match by 74 runs. They have outplayed England in all facets of the game and reduce the margin of the series to 1-2. England leads the series 2-1 now.

Chasing a mammoth 203 for the win, England never got going as they lost wickets at regular intervals. The English openers Jonny Bairstow and Will Jacks just about got to double figures. Jos Buttler stood tall for a while and scored 40 off 21 balls. Moeen Ali scored 26 off 16 balls as the rest of the batters flattered to deceive. 6 extras given by the fielding side as England have been bowled out for 128 in 18.3 overs.

The New Zealand bowlers came out all guns blazing today. Kyle Jamieson was the pick of the bowlers with figures of 3/23 in 4 overs. Ish Sodhi chipped in with 3/33 in 4 overs. A couple of wickets for captain Tim Southee. Matt Henry and Mitchell Santner got a wicket each to their name.

Winning the toss and electing to bat first, New Zealand lost Devon Conway to an unfortunate run out. But it was the Finn Allen show as he shone through at Edgbaston with a wonderful innings. He scored 83 off 53 balls and top scored for his side. Keeper batter Tim Seifert was there for a while as he scored 19 off 17 balls. But it was Glenn Phillips's innings that provided the impetus to the innings alongside Allen's. Phillips scored 69 off 34 balls and it was due to Allen and Phillips that the Kiwis managed to get past the 200-run mark. 6 extras were given by the fielding side. New Zealand ended with 202/5 in 20 overs.

From England's point of view, Gus Atkinson picked up a couple of wickets for 31 runs in 4 overs. A wicket for Luke Wood and Liam Livingstone as well but they were taken to the cleaners like the other bowlers who were not spared. The spinners of England were not spared while the Kiwis spinners out bowled the English spinners today.

So, a win for New Zealand over England by 74 runs to reduce the series margin to 1-2. Stay tuned for the presentations.
