Indian Capitals started off in a scintillating manner as both the openers took over the bowlers straight away. Gautam Gambhir looked a bit rusty though his partner Solomon Mire looked in sublime touch today. The duo stitched a partnership of 24 runs for the first wicket. Gambhir departed after scoring 12 runs off 9 balls. Solomon Mire scored 82 runs off 38 balls in one of his remarkable innings, with the help of six enormous sixes and seven fours. Masakadza and Mire stitched a partnership of 105 runs in the middle to provide a foundation for their team to set a mammoth total on the board.
Yusuf Pathan was the pick of the bowlers for Bhilwara Kings as he scalped three wickets and gave away just 28 runs in his 4-over spell. Tino Best and Tim Bresnan grabbed one wicket each respectively.
Chasing 199, Bhilwara Kings start an innings in the opposite manner. Naman Ojha and Nick Compton opened the innings for Kings.
