Deepak: That concludes the first semifinal of the 6IXTY. The patriots defeated Jamaica Tallawahs by 7 wickets. We have witnessed some power hitting from the woods of Andre Fletcher as he single-handedly took the match away from the Jamaica Tallawahs.
Earlier Jamaica Tallawahs scored 122 runs at the loss of 4 wickets. We have witnessed a brilliant inning from Fabian Allen in the first inning.
Patriots came out to chase down 123 runs in 10 overs and started their inning on a high note as they scored 20 runs in the powerplay without losing any wickets. Evin Lewis and Andre Fletcher took the bowlers on the remand from the first over of the inning and were batting brilliantly skipper departed scoring quick 21 runs off the 8 balls.
Andre Fletcher kept hitting big sixes in the middle and remains unbeaten on 60 runs off 30 balls and sealed the match for his team.
