So that's it for today. This is Rishabh Gandhi signing it off along with my co-commentator Ajay Ahire. Do join us tomorrow for more WBBL fixtures.
Rachel Priest is the player of the Match for her brilliant 54 runs from 48 balls.
A must win game for the Hobart Hurricanes and they have done it. 138 in 20 overs seemed a bit low but not to their bowlers. A brilliant bowling effort from Belinda, Strano and Carey. Perth Scorchers looked good at all times but a lot of dot balls played kept the pressure on and this is what led to a loss for them. A low scoring target but Hobart Hurricanes bowlers were too good today. Sophie Devine who was looking in good touch gave Scorchers a good start but got out in the powerplay. Another hope for Scorchers down the order was Chamari and Heather but they got out too at the end. Heather's wicket was the turning point in the game for sure. We get to see very few exciting games in a season and this was surely one of them.
