A young upcoming all-rounder, Lilly Mills is a professional Australian cricketer for the Perth Scorchers. At just 18 years of age, Mills signed her maiden Women’s Big Bash League contract from Brisbane Heat, making her debut in the fifth edition of the WBBL. She went onto feature in just one game for the Heats and was sidelined for an entire season a year later. In search of more playing time, the youngster signed a contract from the Scorchers prior to the start of the seventh edition of the premier tournament.

Mills made her domestic debut for Queensland against New South Wales at the fag end of the 2020-21 season and just a week later, she picked up 3/36 in the final against Victoria. After more than a year on the sidelines, she made her subsequent debut for the Scorchers on October 17th, 2021 and took the key wicket of Jess Jonassen.

Still just 20 years old, Mills would be hoping to make regular appearances for the Scorchers to grab the eyeballs of the national selectors.
