Abhishek: With this win, the Jaguars have now moved to the top of the table with three wins in three games. Jamaica, on the other hand, has a lot to ponder upon having lost two in two. So tomorrow we come back with yet another game of the Super 50, til then I Abhishek Singh along with my co-commentators, Kingshuk Kusari and Aryashekhar Chakraborty would take your leave.
Abhishek: Earlier in the day, Jaguar stand-in skipper Shimron Hetmyer won the toss and decided to bat first. The team was in all sorts of trouble at 21-3 in the first 10 overs when Barnwell got in with Akshaya Persaud and built together a much needed 91 run partnership. Later on, it was bramble who supported Barnwell and then lead the attack after Barnwell's departure to take the Jaguars to huge total of 299
Abhishek: For this performance of his, Barnwell was awarded the Man of the Match. Motie bowled exceptionally well as well, taking the attack to the opposition after being hit for sixes back to back. He removed the danger man Rovman Powell and then cleaned up Fabian Allen with a beauty, breaking the back of the Jamaican chase
Abhishek: A team effort this from the team from the Amazons. While in the bowling the load was shared by Gudakesh Motie and Nial Smith, Kevin Sinclair and Romario Shepherd too chipped in. In the batting, it was a combined effort of Christopher Barnwell, Anthony Bramble and Ramal Lewis who hit the roof high with their big shots at the end of the innings. Barnwell even went on to score his maiden List A hundred
43.5 Romario Shepherd to Oshane Thomas
