Himmat Singh is a middle-order batsman –and someone who can chip in with a few off breaks – who has represented Delhi at various levels. The 22-year old earned his first Delhi cap in the Vijay Hazare Trophy in 2015; he earned his first-class debut two years later in 2017 and earned his maiden T20 cap in January 2018. Over a period of time, Himmat has established himself to be a vital cog in the Delhi batting unit.

Himmat was a part of Indian team that competed in the Emerging Teams Asia Cup in 2018, even scoring a half-century in a semi-final clash involving Pakistan. His batting talent and focus to continuously improveconvinced the RCB management to sign him up at the player auctionprior to VIVO IPL 2019; the franchise secured his services for INR 65 Lakh.
