That's it from our end from this ECL, but cricket coverage never takes a break on CREX! Stay tuned for the lightning-quick coverage of all the cricket matches from across the globe and much more!

For now, this is me Hrutuja Deshmukh signing off on behalf of my co-commentator Soumarya Dutta, who, alongside our scorer/analyst Paras Yadav brought you all the live-action of this fixture

Harsh Beniwal (Captain, Punjab Veers): "Our thoughts were clear it was do or die match we played accordingly, I don't have words for Ankit Nagar, Arshad also bowled really well. All played really well today."
Ankit Nagar- " It was a great match for us and we knew that we had to win. Chechi gave me some good company and that partnership gave us confidence. Luckily I was able to pick up wickets as well today. The atmosphere was quite positive and our skipper Harsh Beniwal has a lot of energy. His attitude and backing helped us a lot to go out there and perform to our best. "

Time for Presentations -
Arshad (Punjab Veer) - We were determined to win and I'm glad that we lived up to the promise that we made to ourselves. We outplayed our opponents in all aspects. Our coach has been motivating us a lot and they gave us the free hand to go out there and play our best cricket. If we face them again in the next game then we will look to play similar cricket.
Suyash Rai (Mumbai Disruptors Captain)- Definitely it's disappointing and we wanted to finish with a victory but still we are through to the play offs. We failed as an unit and the Punjab side did extremely well with the ball and then we played some poor shots in our innings. I'm backing the boys to bounce back. We are definitely missing Munawar Faruqui and he brings a lot of energy to the side. There is no strategy as such and I hope that the boys will realize what went wrong today.
7:00 PM IST and Local Time: What an exhilarating match! The Punjab Veers absolutely dominated every aspect, securing an emphatic 144-run victory to cement their place in the top four! It was a high-octane contest from the start, and the Veers wasted no time setting a towering target of 209. It was a daunting score for the Mumbai Disruptors, but their collapse was shocking.

Mumbai's chase never took off, with no batter crossing the 20-run mark. Samarth Jurel's brief 15 from 8 balls and Mudasir Bhat's 12 from 5 were the only highlights, but they were never enough to steady the ship. Ankit Nagar was the standout star for the Veers, not just contributing with the bat by scoring a century, but also shining with the ball, taking 3 wickets! What a day for him, easily earning the player of the match title.

The bowling department was on fire for the Veers. Arshad joined the party with 3 wickets of his own, while Yuvraj Porwal grabbed 2 crucial dismissals, and Nitin Saini chipped in with 1. It was a clinical performance from Punjab, with some brilliant fielding and spectacular catches to back it up.

With this win, the Punjab Veers leap into the top four, alongside the Haryanvi Hunters, Mumbai Disruptors, and Lucknow Lions. A well-deserved congratulations to them for this dominant display! The playoffs are going to be electrifying with these four powerhouses battling it out!
