Mayank Agarwal (Bengaluru Blasters Captain): "I thought it was a clinical performance and the way our bowlers came back after the first 2 overs, it was phenomenal. We were under pressure and for Mohsin to come in, stick to his plans and pick up 2 wickets changed the game for us along with Lavish as well.
The kind of performance he is putting in and taking the wickets, we just want him to continue. The role he has been given and the way he is living up to it, we are happy with the premium we paid for him. Yeah a day off for the boys tomorrow, just relax and refresh and come back on Sunday.

10:40 PM IST, Local Time | Benglauru Blasters, blast their way into the Finals of Maharaja Trophy 2024! They do so in a rock and roll fashion by blowing away the Gulbarga Mystics by 9 wickets in Semi Final 1!
Bengaluru Blasters won the toss and elected to bowl first, and after an initial flurry from Luvnith Sisodia's 41 runs in 20 balls, the Blasters came back strongly into the match to restrict Gulbarga Mystics to 155 all-out in 19.5 overs.
4 Blasters bowlers pitched in with 2 wickets each to make this a fine bowling display from the Blasters.
Come the chase, Mayank Agarwal and Chethan LR gave Bengaluru Blasters a flying start, akin to Padikkal-Sisodia in the first innings with 1 difference. While Padikkal lost his bearing mid-way through the powerplay, Agarwal-LR did not.
Eventually the duo scored at a blistering pace to register an opening partnership of 124 runs to break the back of this chase, until Agarwal fell after scoring 52 runs in 37 balls. Chethan LR carried on with Bhuvan RM to safely negotiate the rest of the chase and end up unbeaten on 89 runs off 51 balls.
