18:58 IST & Local Time| That's it! The Hubli Tigers continue their winning momentum as they have defeated the Shivamogga Lions by 8 wickets.
Earlier in the day, the Shivamogga Lions were put into bat by Manish Pandey who got off to a horrid start. Both the openers struggled at the middle and we had a rain break after 5 overs which was much needed for the Lions. Aadithya Vishwakarma (1 off 15) was retired out as he was struggling to get bat on ball.
Couple of quick fire knocks from Hardik Raj (35 off 21) and Shivraj S (24 off 6) somehow got the Shivamongga Lions into a competitive total on the board as they finished off their Innings with 137/8.
KC Cariappa (2/30) was the pick of the bowlers for the Hubli Tigers as the rest of the bowlers picked up a wicket apiece. The Hubli Tigers were supposed to chase down 138 in their 20 overs but the rain interrupted play once again and we had near about 45 minutes of delay.
The revised target for the Hubli Tigers was 51 to chase down in 5 overs. It was a one man show as Mohammed Taha scored the majority of the runs in the chase which a quickfire knock of 35 off 12 deliveries. The Skipper walked out to bat only to hit a boundary of his first ball to get his team over the line and pick the two important points.

4 Pandey starts off in style. Slashed away through covers by the Hubli skipper. Fuller delivery outside off, Manish Pandey prods on the front foot and then lashes onto it. He drives it with force past covers for a boundary. Scores are levelled!

Mohammed Taha looked to finish things off with a Maximum but has to walk back to the pavilion. He has done most of the damage in this Innings and Hubli Tigers should get it over the line from here.
