That brings us to the end of this Maharaja Trophy T20 game between the Bengaluru Blasters and the Hubli Tigers. For now, it will be the pair of Soumarya Dutta and Pritam Dey taking your leave on behalf of our Scorer/Analyst Zeeshan Naiyyer.
Have a look at the winning moment of the game👇🏼
Mohammed Taha (Hubli Tigers Stand-In Captain)- "We have been doing the same thing right from the first game. The bowlers did really well and the batters came and did the job although there was a collapse in the middle. We knew that the batting is deep so we didn't worry. There is room for improvement in the batting department. (On Captain Manish Pandey) Yeah, he is fine."

Time for the Post Match Presentations.
18:39 IST and Local Time- The Hubli Tigers have cruised home in the end and they've clinched this game by 5 wickets. Aneeshwar Gautam ends the game with a maximum and he ensured that the little hiccup towards the end didn't translate into much for the Blasters. They've been thoroughly outplayed in this encounter and the Tigers have now won three games in the trot.

Mohammed Taha was off the mark with a bang as he got a four and a six but he was dismissed by Naveen. It made things tough for the Hubli Tigers as they couldn't up the ante in the powerplay. Thipa Reddy was slow to get off the blocks but Shrijith kept the scoreboard moving. They got to 39 runs from the powerplay.

Reddy shifted gears dramatically post the powerplay. He smashed a flurry of maximums against the spinners as well as the seamers. Shrijith played a perfect second fiddle to him as he kept rotating the strike. By the halfway stage of the innings, the equation almost came down to run a ball. The Tigers were racing ahead.

The breakthrough finally came for the Blasters as Thipa Reddy was dismissed and it opened the flood gates for the Bengaluru side. Hubli Tigers had a mini collapse as Shrijith was dismissed by the talented Shubhang Hegde and Kranti Kumar picked up Manish Pandey in what was a controversial call by the umpire. Kranti Kumar came back again and picked up his third wicket as he dismissed Karthikeya KP.

The rest of the bowlers struggled to get the breakthroughs and the pair of Manvanth Kumar and Aneeshwar Gautam, ensured in the end that the Hubli Tigers got home easily. The Bengaluru Blasters never had enough runs on the board and they will be ruing their performance with the bat early on.
