Chris Lynn (Captain Montreal Tigers)- "That’s a positive way to end the match. We lost a couple of wickets in the powerplay in the first innings, still managed to fight back and win the match. He is a talented young kid and proved his worth in the second innings by picking some crucial wickets."
Usman Khawaja ( Captain, Vancouver Knights ) - "We did great with the ball, but they stitched an excellent partnership and reached to a above par score of 144. They batted really well and you gotta appreciate them. Dwaine and Airee batted really well in the end but it was unlucky not to get over the line. Wins and losses are the part and parcel of game and we will look to improve further."

Here's a review of what happened in the match.
After being put into bat by Vancouver Knights, Montreal Tigers got off to a horrible start as they lost half their side in the span of just 29 runs. Azamtullah Omarzai and Dilpreet Bajwa then put up a fighting 58 run stand for the 6th wicket and kept them at bay.
And a late flourish by Corbin Bosch who hit 35 runs off 25 balls who powered them to a competitive score of 144/7 in 20 overs. He was also the top scorer for his team.
Mohammad Amir and Dwaine Pretorius were excellent with their line and lengths and picked up 2 wickets apiece.
Chasing 145, Knights lost their skipper early on a duck. Munir Kakar and Reeza Hendricks put up a steady 29 partnership for the second wicket, but it was Aayan Khan who spun the web around Knight's batter as he finished with the figures of 15 for 3 in his 4 overs.
Wickets kept tumbling at regular intervals and none of the batters could provide support to Reeza Hendricks who top scored with 34 off 25 balls. Dwaine Pretorius and Dipendra Singh Airee hit some lusty blows in the end but it was too little too late and it was Montreal Tigers who came out on top as Kaleem Sana held his nerves in the last over.
