That is the end of our coverage as well. Australia take the series 2-0 with a game in hand. The third and final T20I of the series will be played tomorrow at the same venue.

For now, this is me AkshayaKrishna Polya, signing off on behalf of my co-commentator Pritam Dey and scorer/analyst Paras Yadav, who brought you all the live-action of this game. We will meet again. Until then, its cheers!
Mitchell Marsh (Australia Captain): "Yeah thats the way cricket should be played (laughs as he had an easy day). Yeah it was an unbelievable performance from Josh Inglis and it was a brilliant performance overall from us.

Yeah I think the boys always steps up and today we say Josh Inglis do it for us. Yeah maybe a couple of changes but I am not sure though, will have a word with the coach (on any team changes tomorrow). We will look to do a clean sweep tomorrow and that's going to be the aim for us."
Richie Berrington (Scotland Captain): "Yeah, there were definitely a few improvements. We were much better with the ball in hand. The way we started with the new ball was brilliant. I thought we were much better with the ball in hand. We got some early wickets.

A lot of credit goes to Josh Inglis for the way he batted. He kept on picking up boundaries, which were crucial in the context of the game. The partnership with Green was key. They kept getting boundaries through the middle period.

I think the character the guys showed was impressive. Chris Sole was really impressive with the ball. We have to build on that and keep getting better with every game."
Josh Inglis (Player of the Match): "Yeah its pretty special, I didnt know about it until you informed me now (On Fastest 100 for Australia). Well not really, I had a word with Green and backed myself to play my shots which worked out well.

Yeah its a brilliant opportunity for me to get some game time for Australia as we all know there are a lot of great players in the squad so I enjoyed my time tonight."

10:08 PM IST and 5:38 PM Local Time: Australia thrash Scotland by 70 runs, taking an unassailable 2-0 lead in this 3-match T20I series. The third and final game will be played at the same venue tomorrow!

Put into bat first, the Aussies lost both dashing openers - Travis Head and Jake Fraser-McGurk - early in the piece in the bowling of Bradley Currie before Josh Inglis set the stage on fire with the fastest T20I hundred for an Australian, getting to his 2nd T20I century in 43 balls.

Inglis (103 off 49) added 92-run stand with Cameron Green (36 off 29) for the third wicket before adding a 64-run partnership with Marcus Stoinis (20* off 20) for the 4th wicket. Tim David (17* off 7) gave the finishing touches with a cameo as Australia posted 196/4 in 20 overs.

Currie was the pick of the bowlers for Scotland, finishing with 3/37, while Chris Sole bowled only three overs but was excellent, picking up a wicket and giving away just 17 runs. Inglis and Co. took the rest of the attack to the cleaners.

George Munsey (19 off 9) started the run-chase with a bang, but once the wickets started to fall regularly, Scotland were squeezed in and knocked over for just 126 in 16.4 overs. Brandonb McMullen (59 off 42) looked excellent once again versus Australia and scored a cracking half-century but got no support to lift his side.

For Australia, Marcus Stoinis was sensational with the ball, picking up 4/23 in 3.4 overs. Cameron Green picked up 2 wickets, while Xavier Bartlett, Aaron Hardie, Adam Zampa and Sean Abbott got one wicket each.

Stay tuned for the post-match presentations!
