That's it from the rain affected  encounter between Eagle Nashik Titans and Puneri Bappa.

Its, Aditya Agarwal signing off on the behalf of my co-commentators, Hrutuja Deshmukh and Ayan Chatterjee, who along-with scorer/analyst Dushyant Kumar  brought you all actions of the event. Join us for more cricketing action, till then BYE!
Yash Kshirsagar (Puneri Bappa Vice-Captain) - " It was delight to watch Ruturaj bat in full flight. Abhimanyu also batted really well and helped us to post a big total. It's not always Ruturaj is gonna perform, we need to take responsibility as well. It feels nice to be in winning ways. The way Sachin bowled was also fantastic. We back ourselves and look forward to the fixtures coming up".
Player of the Match: Ruturaj Gaikwad.
Prashant Solanki (Eagle Nashik Titans Captain): "Yes, madam. We were outplayed. We bowled bad deliveries and dropped catches. Execution was bad and it was expected and Ruturaj took the game away from us and Jadhav did well. Positives is that we bowled well in the powerplay. We take that and move forward. We were awful with execution."
Time for the presentations.
22:37 IST and Local Time | Eagle Nashik Titans won the toss and put Ruturaj Gaikwad's Puneri Bappa into bat. The ENT's new ball bowlers were on the money from the start as they quickly removed both the openers. After the end of the powerplay, Puneri Bappa was struggling with a score of 41 for the loss of 3 wickets. Then came, Abhimanyu Jadhav and Ruturaj Gaikwad who put up a record-breaking partnership of 160 runs for the fourth wicketRuturaj Gaikwad amassed 89 runs in just 49 balls and was the starting batsman today. Abhimanyu Jadhav too joined the party and scored 65* in 39 balls

Digvijay Deshmukh
was the pick of the bowlers for Eagle Nashik Titans who got 2 wickets in his quota of 4 overs but was expensive as well.

The mammoth partnership helped Puneri Bappa to post a daunting total of 210.

Chasing 211, Eagle Nashik Titans got off to the worst possible start in the powerplay as half of the side was back into the hut and they scored only 31 runs. A top-notch opening spell by Sachin Bhosale put ENT on the back foot, as he picked up 4 wickets and conceded just 16 runs in his 4 overs.

Atharva Kale
and Kaushal Tambe put on a steady partnership of 26 runs in 25 balls before the rain spoiled the sport. The DLS par score after 10 overs was 116/5 and Eagle Nashik Titans were way behind it, as a result, they lost by 59 runs.
10:38 IST: Rain has had the final say in the contest. Play won't resume and Puneri Bappa will be declared winners by 59 runs under the DLS method.
9:45 PM IST: Oh, dear! Rain has arrived and the covers have been brought into the ground. The square is being covered and adjoining areas will be covered. The DLS Par score is 116/5 so, Eagle Nashik Titans are well behind in the chase. More covers being brought on.
