After losing the toss and put into bat first, CR Gnaneshwar and Mamidi Vamsi Krishna opened the innings for Godavari Titans. The duo added 85 runs for the first wicket before CR Gnaneshwar was dismissed for 41 from 30 balls. Krishna made 45 from 33 balls. Then it was M Hemanth Reddy and Penmetsa Raju’s show in the match. While Raju made 51 from just 24 balls, Reddy scored 60 runs from 22 balls. KV Sasikanth also added 17 from 5 balls. At the end, we witnessed a batting collapse of Godavari Titans as they lost the last 7 wickets for just 7 runs on the board. Still they managed to put 225/10 in 20 overs.
For Bezawada Tigers, Shambu Akhil was the pick of the bowlers who picked 4/37 in 4 overs. Harishankar Reddy picked 3/42 in 4 overs. Lalith Mohan and Kavuri Saiteja also picked one wicket each in the innings.
