The rain has the final say in the contest, and Washington Freedom would be gutted as they were favorites to win. Both teams will share one point each. Time to wrap up our coverage as well. Deepak Prakash here signing off on behalf of co-commentator Saptak Sanyal and scorer/analyst Raju Khariya. CHEERS!
04:27 IST and 18:57 Local Time | The game has been abandoned due to persistent rain fall and points are shared between both the teams.

Earlier, after being invited to bat first, TSK posted a mammoth 203/5 in 20 overs. Devon Conway and Faf du Plessis laid a solid foundation, adding 109 runs for the first wicket, with Conway departing for 39 runs. Faf continued his merry ways and notched up his century before falling prey to Netravalkar. Marcus Stoinis contributed with a cameo of 29 runs off 18 balls, while Milind Kumar’s unbeaten 11 runs helped TSK cross the 200-run mark.

Saurabh Netravalkar bagged a couple of wickets for Washington Freedom, while Marco Jansen, Akeal Hosein, and Justin Dill celebrated a solitary wicket.

Coming to chase the 204 run target, Steve Smith and Travis Head batted solidly right from the start. They took 17 from Naveen's first over and 24 from Hardie's over to bolster the run to 61 from 4 overs. Naveen came to bowl the fifth over and bowled a no-ball and after that, no further play was possible. Washington Freedom ended with 62 for 0 and were ahead by 22 runs in DLS but as 5 overs were not completed in the second innings, deciding the winner on DLS method was not possible.
4:22 AM IST, 18:52 Local Time: ABANDONED! Unfortunately, the match has been called off due to rain and both sides share one point each. Had 5 overs been completed, Washington Freedom would have easily won by the DLS method. Unfortunately, they will have to share the points.
4:03 AM IST, 18:33 Local Time: The rain is persistent and the covers are firmly placed. Hang on! The rain has eased off a bit, but it needs to completely stop for the game to restart. A few puddles have been formed on the outfield. Washington Freedom are ahead by 22 runs in DLS method. But we need at least 5 overs to complete in the second innings to decide the winner via DLS method.
3:37 AM IST, 18:07 Local Time: Oh, it doesn't seem like a passing shower now as it has gotten heavier. More covers are being brought on to cover the square area.
03:30 IST and 18:00 Local Time | Steve Smith is running back towards the dressing room and the groundsmen are bringing on the covers. On air commentators are saying that it is a passing shower and play will resume soon.
4.1 N ul to S Smith
NB No ball! Over the wicket. Naveen bowls it way outside off and it lands outside the pitch. Smith leaves it alone. No-ball signaled by the umpire.
03:29 IST and 17:59 Local Time | Bad news folks, we can see a little bit of drizzle here. But the umpires have decided to carry the game on.
24 from Aaron Hardie's first over. He has got some brutal treatment from his fellow Australian Travis Head.
