That is the end of an all-format series involving India Women and South Africa Women. India clean swept the three-match ODI series, then won the only Test before drawing the three-match T20I series 1-1. The caravan for the Women in Blue moves to Sri Lanka, where they will participate in the Women's Asia Cup. South Africa Women will be playing in the T20 Wold Cup directly.

For now, this is me AkshayaKrishna Polya, signing off on behalf of my co-commentator Akshay Bhide, who, alongside our scorers/analysts Raju Khariya and Chandan Kr Singh, brought you all the live-action of this India dominated clash. We will meet again. Until then, it's cheers!
Harmanpreet Kaur and Laura Wolvaardt receive the trophy. They post for the photographs. The players from both sides along with their captains pose behind the 'Winners' board. The support staff members join them.
Harmanpreet Kaur (India Women Captain): "We spoke about things we need to improve, especially when we are playing T20 cricket (after the defeat in the first T20I).

Proud of the way we bowled and fielded. That is something we spoke about in our meetings.

Moving forward, we might find ourselves in similar situations where we have to work hard and keep believing. Everyone had the belief that we had it in us; we were positive. We played as a team and did well as a team.

Smriti Mandhana really had a good series, and in the Test, Shafali Verma came up with a good approach.

We talked about getting chances and doing well. Everyone looked positive. The self-belief was there to change the game. We want to do well in the Asia Cup. We keep things simple. This team has a lot of talent.

Amol Muzumdar Sir is very cool; he keeps things simple. The fielding coach is working hard, and Avi Salvi, the bowling coach, is also calm.

This is the best sports support staff I have ever worked with. The selectors and BCCI are also supporting us. We want to do the right thing."
Laura Wolvaardt (South Africa Women Captain): "Yes, disappointing loss. Not the way we would have liked to end the series. It was stopping a bit when we were batting.

Overall, we are taking a lot of learnings from the series. In the first two games, we were good with the bat. I feel we went too hard too early tonight. Take some time upfront. We failed to adapt to the conditions.

A couple of us are off to the Hundred. Rest of them will have the camp back home. We will be looking forward to the World Cup in a couple of months.

Thanks for having us."
Pooja Vastrakar (POTM & POTS): "It was an opportunity for me, and whatever I practised in the nets - bowling wicket-to-wicket - I executed. Hard lengths helped me as well.

The team felt I should be given the new ball as an opportunity and a responsibility. I wanted to pick up early wickets and give the team a good startβ€”just what the team needed.

Such lengths will be effective in Sri Lanka (in the Asia Cup). We want to perform similarly well in the Asia Cup. Tonight, we tried to bowl to our strengths and give our best. All bowlers did well and executed the plans very well."

India Women are giving a victory lap, thanking all the fans that have come out in numbers to support them.
Radha Yadav (India): "It was fun. They were playing good cricket in the first two games. We were disappointed as a bowling unit. We spoke about where to bowl on this pitch. After reflecting, we have been much better.

I think, I was poor with my field placements. The balls weren't that bad. But I made mistakes with the field placements. I thought about my field placements a lot. Everyone stepped up and we saw the results.

We tried to bowl according to the weak zones of their batters. Everyone has been working hard. This was missing. The quickness in decision making and that's what sir told us to do. Runs will be scored in T20 games. But you have to react well on the next ball.

Confidence is there. I believe in hard work. As a team as well, we believe in hard work. Result will come our way, just like fitness. We don't think about the results too much. That's what sir has told us.

All them have been doing well. You can see how much the hard work everyone is doing in the practice sessions. We will get the results going forward if we keep working hard."
9:20 PM IST and Local Time: A fitting end to a wonderful all-format series between India Women and South Africa Women as Smriti Mandhana, who started with a hundred in the ODI series, finished things off in style in the third and final T20I of the series!

India thumped the visitors by 10 wickets and levelled the three-match series 1-1.
The first match was won by the Proteas Women, while the second T20I was abandoned due to rain after the first innings. This is also the biggest victory in T20Is against South Africa in terms of balls remaining as they wrap up the chase in just 10.5 overs!

It was a brilliant all-round effort on the field by the Indian side that set up the match in their favour. After opting to bowl first, the Women in Blue knocked over the visitors for just 84 in 17.1 overs. It was a real struggle for the Proteas side as only Tazmin Brits (20 off 23), Marizanne Kapp (10 off 8) and Anneke Bosch (17 off 14) crossed the double figures.

Pooja Vastrakar continued her brilliant run in the series and notched up her career-best T20I figures of 3.1-0-13-4. Radha Yadav (3-0-6-1) picked up a three-wicket haul, while Shreyanka Patil, Arundhati Reddy and Deepti Sharma grabbed a scalp each. S Sajana bowled only one over and was wicketless, going for 11 runs. The fielding was top-class as well, with a few fantastic catches being taken in the middle.

Mandhana and Shafali Verma remained unbridled as the Indian opening duo chased down the target of 85 with 55 balls left in the bank. Verma scored 27 off 25 balls, with three fours to her name. Mandhana hit the winning runs as well as completed her half-century in just 40 balls, smashing 8 fours and 2 maximums!

South Africa used 6 bowlers, but none of them could make an inroad in the Indian batting order. Only Marizanne Kapp, who bowled for the first time in the series, was impressive in her 2 overs, conceding only 3 runs and beating the bat a few times as well.

Stay tuned for the post-match presentations!
