However, despite their best efforts, Derbyshire Falcons fell agonizingly short by 8 runs, as Nottinghamshire Outlaws clinched a thrilling victory.
It was an absolute nail-biter of a match, filled with excitement and tension till the very last ball. Nottinghamshire Outlaws will be delighted with their performance, while Derbyshire Falcons will rue missed opportunities in what turned out to be a truly memorable contest.
