That's it from our coverage of the TNPL 2024. The title has been clinched by Dindigul Dragons for the first time in the history of the tournament. For now, this is Saptak Sanyal signing off on behalf of my co-commentator Ayan Chatterjee and our scorer/analyst Yogesh Kumar. Good night/
Dindigul Dragons skipper Ravichandran Ashwin receives the trophy from Rahul Dravid and hands it over to his teammates. Celebration begins at MA Chidambaram Stadium amidst the fireworks. Absolutely scenes here as the men in yellow have conquered the title for the first time.
Ravichandran Ashwin (Dindigul Dragons Captain): "See, I mean it is a special feeling. Started well at Salem. It was an uphill task I know. But today we were 100% and other matches we were a bit off. I am proud of the boys.

Sarath Kumar played so well and took those catches and the fielding was awesome. Yes, the tournament was open and had to do well and open the batting. The tournament slow and in the next one month I had a great time going over Tamil Nadu.

Yes. lots of players like Raheja, did well. Left arm spin was great. Sandeep Warrier and Shivam Singh did so well.

The owners deserve the credit and we showed character to win from a difficult position. it's about handling pressure in the end. I loved playing and captaining the side."
Rahul Dravid will now give the winning mementos to the winning team Dindigul Dragons. The players are now coming one by one to receive their medallions. Captain Ravichandran Ashwin also comes up.
Shahrukh Khan(Lyca Kovai Kings): "It was a fantastic tournament for us. Really happy for the boys for the way they have put in the hard work. The match relies on how you bat and bowl in the middle overs. Losing too many wickets have cost us. It is better to swallow the bitter pill.

I am trying to push my limit and play for the team. Yes it was hurt but team comes first. I had the responsibility of batting, bowling and taking the team forward too. Happy regarding the way we played the tournament."
Rahul Dravid will present the runners up mementos to Lyca Kovai Kings. The players are now coming up on stage one by one. Shahrukh Khan gets a runner up cheque of Rs 20,00,000.
Former Indian cricketer and world cup winning coach Rahul Dravid is presenting the mementos to the match officials.
