Stay tuned for more cricketing action from around the world!
Shreyas Iyer walks onto the stage to collect the trophy. Jay Shah and Roger Binny hand over the IPL trophy to Shreyas. His teammates join him on the stage. The fireworks go off and the celebrations begin. A night to remember for all these players. The support staff members join them.
Shreyas Iyer (Kolkata Knight Riders Captain): "Absolutely comprehensive to be honest. This is what we demanded from the team and every individual. They stood out to the occasion. It is hard to express. The wait was longer than the match. We played like Invincibles throughout the season.

The performance has been flawless throughout. I am running out of words. We've been tremendous from game 1, stepped up today. All we demanded to back each other. This could have gone either way. We were lucky enough to bowl first. Every situation went in our favor. Thanks to SRH, they were phenomenal.

That's how big players stand up [on Starc]. He stepped up to the right occasion. Something to learn from his work ethics for the youngsters.

Russell is a magic wand. He is waiting for me to call him to bowl. I just pass on the bowl to him. Whenever he has bowled he has got us the breakthrough.

All the pacers made it easy for us to go out and finish the game. Everyone is stepping up at the right time. There is no individual performance which has brought us here. It has been a flawless season and hopefully we continue the same next year."
Shreyas Iyer, the KKR skipper, collects the Winner's Cheque.
Kolkata Knight Riders get the Winners Award. Team Coach Chandrakant Pandit collects it on behalf of entire squad and support staff.
Pat Cummins (Sunrisers Hyderabad Captain): "I thought they bowled fantastically. Fortunately, old mate Starcy turned it on again. Yeah, obviously it wasn't enough tonight. Totally outplayed.

You know, you hope to hit a few boundaries early and get into the game, but they bowled fantastically well and didn’t give us anything. It was similar last weekend in Ahmedabad; they bowled really well. So, yeah, full credit to them.

It was a bit of a tricky wicket. I think if we had managed to get 160, we would have felt like we were in the game. It didn’t feel like a 200-run wicket. So again, we fell well short, but if we had found a few extra runs, it might have given us a chance.

The style of our play, particularly with the bat, was impressive, scoring 250 runs three times. It was a great season. I loved how brave the guys were in high-pressure situations like the IPL. They just took the game on. It was a lot of fun.

I hadn’t worked with many of the guys before, so it was great to work with some of the experienced players like Bhuvi, whom I’ve played against a lot. It was also fantastic to work with the younger batters and bowlers. These past couple of months have been amazing. We play a lot here in India and usually see a sea of blue, so it’s nice to have the crowd on our side for once. The support keeps getting bigger and better each year."
The Captain of SRH, Pat Cummins, collects the Runners-Up Cheque and Shield.
Sunrisers Hyderabad collect the Runners-Up award. Team Coach Daniel Vettori collects the award on behalf of the whole squad and support staff.
The match-officials of the final get the awards from Arun Dhumal. Match referee Manu Nayar, on-field umpires Nitin Menon and Jayaraman Madanagopal, third umpire Michael Gough and reserve umpire Virender Sharma all receive medallions.
The Best Pitch and Ground award of the Season: Hyderabad (The President of Hyderabad Cricket Association, Jagan Mohan Rao, collects the award).
Sunil Narine (Player Of The Season): "I came to the ground today, thinking of 2012. I am enjoying my cricket. It is nice feeling to contribute both with bat and ball. When the team is winning, it helps a lot. We have a great bunch of guys who have stepped up and produce the results.

Got the role to go out there and express myself has helped. GG (Gautam Gambhir) said just go out and enjoy yourself and try to win games for the team and I tried to do that. I think it was a great advice from him.

Salt played an incredible season, Gurbaz came in and nicely played that role that Salt was playing.

Varun is a world class bowler, he works a lot during practice, as a total bowling unit we clicked and it is key to winning this tournament."
MOST VALUABLE PLAYER OF THE SEASON: SUNIL NARINE (450 MVP POINTS)
Virat Kohli (Orange Cap Winner): "I'm deeply honoured to win the orange cap this season. It was a rollercoaster of a ride and I'm pleased with the way I have performed. Thank you everyone for your support."
ORANGE CAP: VIRAT KOHLI (741 Runs). Shreyas Iyer picks up the award on behalf of the RCB veteran.
Harshal Patel (Purple Cap Winner): "Really honoured to win the purple cap. It was a rewarding journey. I want to thank all my teammates, coaches and my family for their support."
PURPLE CAP: HARSHAL PATEL (24 Wickets). Bhuvneshwar Kumar collects the award on behalf of Harshal Patel.
