Phew!!! What a contest we have just witnessed. What total is enough at M. Chinnaswamy Stadium? We'll give you some time to think about it as we are not getting any clue about it.
It's time for us to take your leave. Do join us tomorrow for more IPL action. For now, this is Akshay Bhide, signing off, on behalf of my co-commentator Sidharth Gulati and Deepak Prakash and scorers Manish Bishnoi and Raju Khariya.

Travis Head (Player of the Match): "I had a shower and ate some good food (after my innings).
"The surface played beautifully. We did get a feedback from the groundsmen. We thought we had to adapt in the opening six overs. But we had the batting order and they had the license to after the bowlers.
"Abhishek (Sharma) and I compliment each other very well. We feed off each other's confidence. I'm loving batting with him.
"(On how to bowl to Travis Head). Not sure. Everyone's trying everything. It's not the prettiest thing in the world but pleased with how I struck the ball."
PLAYER OF THE MATCH: TRAVIS HEAD
Pat Cummins (Sunrisers Hyderabad Captain):"I feel like I wish I was a batter. A wonderful game of cricket. Same happened against Mumbai and I thought it won't happen again but here we are.
You try your best. When you bowl an over of seven or eight runs, you can have a big impact on the game.
I mean I have given up on reading the surfaces. At Chinnaswamy, even if it looks dry, it has given some wonderful surfaces to bat on.
Four wins so far. Just the freedom with which the players are playing. It's nice to see them keep playing that way and happy with the performance."

Heinrich Klaasen (SRH): βIt was unbelievable start from Heady. A special knock and puts pressure on the bowlers. I just tried to play sensibly and give the strike back to him and if I have a couple of bad balls, I will go after that. But the tempo was set by him and it was good to see him do the funny things.
I had a good session a couple of days back. Worked on my swing. I thought I was moving a bit sideways while hitting. So, just worked on it. Just fine tuning it.
We have been lucky. I think a couple of games ago. We knew it was a good wicket. But we just had to execute five overs. They batted well but good to finish on the winning side."
Faf du Plessis (Royal Challengers Bengaluru Captain): "Yeah, it was a proper, proper T20 wicket. I mean, it's crazy the amount of runs that were scored today. I think I saw something that's a world record. So, yeah, credit to us for hanging in there and trying to get close towards the end, but I wouldn't say 270 is far.
We've tried quite a few things behind closed doors this week to make sure we experiment with different approaches, but even those haven't really been working. Cricket is a tough game. When your confidence is low, there's no way to hide on the field. When you're not at your best, there's no place to hide.
We've been exploring different approaches, like introducing leg spin during the middle overs. Similarly, in our batting, we've identified areas for improvement. We aimed to accelerate after the powerplay given the high scores being set.
The team showed resilience, but conceding 30-40 runs too many in bowling was crucial. It's essential to take a break and clear our minds after such defeats. Mentally, it's challenging, and losses like these can be overwhelming. It's an uphill battle for us."
23:11 IST and Local Time | That's it. Sunrisers Hyderabad complete a 25-run victory over Royal Challengers Bengaluru, who weren't on target with their bowling and strategies. Credit to Travis Head, Heinrich Klaasen, Pat Cummins, Dinesh Karthik, and Faf du Plessis for their amazing performances and entertaining the crowd. Chasing a record-breaking target of 288, du Plessis and Virat Kohli came out all guns blazing. But Kohli fell shortly after the end of powerplay. RCB then suffered a collapse as they lost four wickets within four overs. Cummins and Mayank Markande, the Impact Sub, both were stupendous on a track which had nothing in it for the bowlers. RCB eventually finished with 262 as Karthik delivered a splendid show of innovative batting, but he didn't have support from the other end. This was RCBβs fifth defeat on the trot, and they are languishing at the bottom of the table. Earlier, after being asked to bat, Head and Abhishek Sharma were super aggressive in the powerplay. While Abhishek fell early, Head continued the momentum. In walked Klaasen at No. 3. One visual, from different angles, was permanent - the ball went deep into the stands or on the roof. Head smashed his century off 39 balls. Klaasen, on the other hand, reached the fifty landmark off 23 balls. Markram and Samad played handy cameos as SRH surpassed the 277-mark unarguably with ease. Samad put on a magical display in the penultimate over, smacking Topley for 24 runs and the 2016 IPL champions eventually got the highest IPL total ever.
