Rashid Khan(Player of the Match): " Winning the game is more pleasing for me. I was struggling a little bit with the bowling in the last few games, I am really happy that I was pitching the ball in the right area. And that gave me energy in the batting as well. I haven't bowled much in the last 3-4 months after the surgery, just was trying to get used to bowling again, more important was to get that feeling back in my fingers.
I have been playing the game consistently but, I didn't grab the ball for the last few months. I think I just lost a little bit of the grip, I had a good session before the last game and that helped me and I enjoyed today.
(On Chasing 45 or more runs in the last 3 overs) It's just a matter of hitting two to three sixes, we need to be positive. And that sixes will bring down the run rate. The more positive you think the better result you get.

Shubman Gill(Gujarat Titans Captain): " No, not really because I feel we were targeting 45 runs off the final 3 overs and it's a getable one as we need to just get 15 runs off each over. If one of the batter goes brisk then the match can get over even two or three balls prior.
(On the Impact Sub Rule) It does make a difference if you have an extra batter there, I think it's the mindset to make things more easy.
(On his form) Yeah, I felt really well but would have loved to finish the game, but nevertheless, Rashid bhai(Rashid Khan) and Rahul bhai (Rahul Tewatia) batted well and took our team over the line.

Sai Sudharsan (GT): "I mean, definitely, I think we gave a few runs extra in the first innings, but yeah, I think we pulled off a great game here. Getting a very good powerplay was one of our plans and somehow it was a par powerplay, as we lost a few wickets back to back and I think we had belief and, yeah, we won the game. The wicket was not that easy to bat on, but I think it got a little better after the first inning, so it was easier for our hitters to go and smash a few shots."

Akshaya: Trent Boult bowled only two overs and gave 8 runs. He was not asked to bowl in the death when RR were under pressure. Was he injured? Was he even in the plans to complete his quota in death overs? Plenty of questions!!!
Sanju Samson (Rajasthan Royals Captain): "(Where they lost the game) I think the last pull of the game. To be honest, I find it very hard to speak at the moment. I believe it's the toughest job in the tournament. When the captain loses a game, we are expected to pinpoint where we lost, actually.
So I think once the emotions settle down a bit and after a few hours, I might be able to tell you exactly where we lost. I believe, honestly, that in this tournament, you have to give credit to the Gujarat Titans. The way they bowled, batted, and fought until the last ball is truly commendable. That's the beauty of this tournament.
