That's it from the coverage of this game and the series as well. Sri Lanka deserving winners of the series by two matches to nil. Bangladesh with a lot of work and thinking to do. Stay tuned to our network for all other cricketing actions across the globe in our network and across formats.

For now, this is Ayan Chatterjee signing off on behalf of my co-commentator Deepak Prakash alongside scorer/analyst Dushyant Madhukar Kumar. Stay safe, happy, and cool. Goodbye and CHEERS!
Dhananjaya de Silva moves across to collect the Test series trophy. Now the entire Sri Lankan team is gathered together for photographs with the trophy.
Dhananjaya de Silva (Sri Lanka Captain): "Of course, you know, getting a win here on a dead wicket. So I think bowlers, you know, sticking to the basics and the batters did their job as well.

They were a bit disappointed, not getting runs in the first Test. So I think, as I told the press previously, they will definitely make a comeback. We have plenty of experienced players in the Test arena.

So I think it's good for me. We have Test matches coming up in South Africa and England, where there will be more pace-friendly wickets. I have full faith that our pacers will perform well there."
Kamindu Mendis (Player of the Match and Series): "Actually, you know. I told him to look for a run and there was a mix up but it happens in the end. Yes, I think in last few months I have worked with spin bowling coach and working hard on my bowling a lot. That helps. Yes, when I have to change I have to inform umpires. This innings I was confident about my right arm and glad I did well. I think in Sylhet, it was hard work. Credit to the skipper and the pacers for their job. Thank You very much. Glad to contribute to the team."
Player of the Series: Kamindu Mendis.
Player of the Match: Kamindu Mendis.
Najmul Hossain Shanto (Bangladesh Captain): "Yeah, we didn't play well. The bowlers showed some character but the batters failed to perform. When we look at our batting, we notice that we got established but couldn't turn it into a big score. We must address this for the future. While we can't control everything, as players, we must focus on what we can improve. Playing more first-class cricket can help with that. Hasan Mahmud, Shakib, and Miraz all performed admirably. Hasan bowled impressively, Shakib excelled in all aspects of the game, and Miraz showed strong character in the second innings."
Time for the post-match presentation....
10:47 AM IST, 11:17 AM Local Time: That's it. The Test match ends in the morning session of Day 5 as Sri Lanka notch up an impressive 192 run win over Bangladesh as they have outplayed the hosts in all facets of the game to win the Test match and the series 2-0. Bangladesh showed great resilience in the fourth innings, but it was a bridge too far as Sri Lanka notches up important WTC Points.

Let's recap you how things unfolded in these 5 days of the Test ,match. Sri Lanka won the toss and decided to bat first and put the runs on the board. They mustered a mammoth 531 in the first innings despite no one getting a hundred. Nishan Madushka scored 57. Dimuth Karunaratne scored 86 and Kusal Mendis top scored with 93. Dinesh Chandimal scored 59, skipper Dhananjaya de Silva scored 70. Kamindu Mendis scored 92 as well. Prabath Jayasuriya also chipped in. It was a hard toil for the Bangladesh bowlers with Shakib picking up 3 wickets, Hasan Mahmud on debut a couple of wickets while Khaled Ahmed and Mehidy Hasan Miraz got a wicket each.

In reply, Bangladesh faltered big time as they were skittled out for 178. Only Zakir Hasan scored 54 and Mominul scored 33. The rest left a lot to be desired. Asitha Fernando was the pick of the bowlers with 4 wickets to his name. A couple of wickets apiece for Vishwa Fernando, Lahiru Kumara, and Prabath Jayasuriya.

Sri Lanka decided not to enforce the follow on and batted again with a huge lead of 353 runs. They scored 157/7 declared with Angelo Mathews top scoring with 56 while Madushka at the top scored 34 and Prabath Jayasuriya scored 28*. Hasan Mahmud was the star for Bangladesh in the second innings picking up 4 wickets. A couple of wickets for Khaled Ahmed and a wicket to Shakib Al Hasan as well.

Faced with a daunting target of 511 for the win, Bangladesh showed some fight out there. Plenty of starts for the Bangladesh batters in the second innings and scored 318 in 85 overs. Mahmudul Hasan Joy scored 24. Zakir Hasan scored 19. Skipper Najmul Hossain Shanto scored 20. Mominul Haque looked good for his 50. Shakib scored 36 while Litton Das scored 38. Mehidy Hasan Miraz was the star for Bangladesh with an unbeaten 81* off 110 balls. Taijul Islam showed great resistance out there as well. But it was too much to do.

For Sri Lanka's bowling point of view, Lahiru Kumara was the pick of the bowlers with 4 wickets. He was ably supported by the partnership breaker Kamindu Mendis who picked up 3 wickets for 32 runs in 10 overs. A couple of wickets for Prabath Jayasuriya who bowled a marathon spell. A wicket for Vishwa Fernando as well.

So, a win for Sri Lanka by 192 runs as they win the series 2-0 and complete the whitewash and garner crucial WTC points. Sri Lanka are now in 4th place in the WTC points table with the win today. Stay tuned for the presentations.

W WICKET! BOWLED HIM! The yorker does it for Kumara and Sri Lanka as they win this game and the series 2-0.
