After a 43-run opening stand inside the powerplay, the wickets started to tumble. Mohammad Imran Jr. was the one to draw the first blood after getting rid of Danish. mix of pace from the pacers did not allow the Larkana batters to settle. After losing the toss, the Peshawar Region were put to bat first and quickly scored 59 runs inside the powerplay. They lost their opener, Mohammad Haris, for 7 runs, but Sahibzada Farhan and Aamer Azmat put on a good 76-run partnership. After Azmat departed for 44, Iftikhar joined the party.
They formed a partnership of 140 runs and took ball-slamming to a different tier. Farhan (109 off 51) went on to rack a ton while Chachu remained unbridled on 76 (31).
