So, that is it from the second game of Abu Dhabi T10 today. The Delhi Bulls bows out of the tournament while Team Abu Dhabi does the same with some pride.

Over to the final game of the league stage now. Stay tuned to the network for all other cricketing actions.

Arijit Kundu by your side, taking your leave along with good pal and co-commentator, AkshayaKrishna Polya and scorer Yogesh Kumar.
Dwaine Pretoruis (Team Abu Dhabi Captain): "Glad that we got over the line finally. I'm sure the boys feel the same. It was a very good dressing room despite the losses. We stuck to our plans and went by it. We didn't focus much on that (dew) tbh.

We have a good quality group of players. We certainly let us ourselves down at times. One thing I dislike is how fast and how quickly it moves. There are a lot of games on lot of days. We had four games regularly up front. If you're a batter like TKC [Tom Kohler-Cadmore] at the moment and you have him, you run away with the moment."
Kyle Mayers (POTM): "I think that it was a good innings. I was struggling throughout the tournament but tonight, I am happy to play a solid knock before the end of the competition.

To be honest, the guys wanted to win the game. Losing all the games until tonight, we needed to get one win. The game moves very fast, we lost a few games in which we should have won. That is how it goes. We will take plenty of learnings from this tournament. Thank you."
Player of the Match: Kyle Mayers
Power Hitter of the Match: Kyle Mayers
Magic Moment of the Match: Dan Mousley (for taking a brilliant return catch to dismiss Rilee Rossouw)

9:24 PM IST and 7:54 PM Local Time: Team Abu Dhabi blocks the qualification path for the Delhi Bulls with their solo victory of the campaign. A humdinger to witness the second game of the last day in the league stages.

Despite being on a dominating position at the cusp of the seventh over, the Delhi Bulls did well to pull things back. However, a spirited effort from Team Abu Dhabi helps them seal their only victory of the season.

Afghan pace duo of Fazalhaq Farooqi and Naveen-ul-Haq found some early swing with the new ball and did trouble the openers- Kyle Mayers and Tom Banton. After a lucky phase of mandatory powerplay, the duo started to ease off strokes off the middle of the bat. Subsequently, Mayers took Richard Gleeson for four sixes in the fourth over. He was almost a goner in the same over but a bump ball went in the way of the southpaw.

Tom Banton was retired out due to concussion in the following over and soon a few wickets followed as the play progressed. However, Mayers stuck around and ensured that this one go down the wire. DJ Bravo bowled the 8th over when the equation was marginally less than run-a-ball. A comeback over from Gleeson curtailed the equation to six needed off half-a-dozen balls. Young Wasim Akram almost sealed the job until a four in the final ball of the match when two runs was the need.

Earlier, the Proteas opening duo of Quinton de Kock and Rilee Rossouw performed admirably in the mandatory powerplay, scoring 20 runs. The two left-handed batters stayed around for a brisk period before Dan Mousley and Noor Ahmad removed them within the halfway mark of the innings.

Rovman Powell and Adam Lyth batted the remaining overs, obtaining 71 runs for the third wicket until the West Indies batter was dismissed by his opposite number in the final delivery of the innings. It was a mix  of hit and struggle for both Powell and Lyth that took them to 97 runs in ten overs.

Stick around for the post-match presentation ceremony.

4lb NO SUPER OVER!!!! Heartbreak for Wasim Akram and Delhi Bulls as they bow out of the competition. By the way, what did Naveen-ul-Haq whisper in the ears of the youngster prior to this ball? Not sure... A high full toss angling into the stumps. Ingram swivels around and gets some bat on the whip and gets it flowing across the field in the leg side. Beats the chase of the short fine leg, and there are no in the deep! Given as LEG BYES but there was certainly some wood on it.

Wasim Akram fails to make his father proud if he didn't do so far!!! He has done very well with only 6 runs on the bank to defend in the final that too in a T10 Game!!!! Bangla Tigers get a gift from Team Abu Dhabi as the former make it to the playoffs! This is Abu Dhabi's first win in this tournament, and they end the competition on a high after spoiling the Bulls' party...
DJ Bravo has a chat with Wasim Arkam, trying to calm him down and strategise. Super Over? or win for either sides.
Arijit: Two needed off the final ball. Can Wasim Akram replicate the heroics of his father's idol?
9.5 W Akram to A Hales
1 It has gone down to the wire! The last ball is coming up shortly. Are we gonna see a super over? Short of a length around the off-stump. Hales backs away, hops and slashes it to deep point for only a single.
Concussion substitute for Tom Banton, Alex Hales walks out with the bat.

Could you believe it? The Delhi Bulls are turning the contest on its head now. Wasim Akram gets the big fish trapped and its Kyle Mayers. Lyth with the safe hands at the end and Akram is jubilant. It's still not over though!!
