So, that's it from this game and another double header in Maharaja T20 2023. We will be back tomorrow with more action from around the world across formats in our network. For now, this is Ayan Chatterjee signing off on behalf of my co-commentator Deepak Prakash alongside scorer/analyst Yogesh Kumar. Stay safe, happy, and cool. Goodnight and CHEERS!
Karun Nair (Mysore Warriors Captain): "Yeah, glad to have got off the mark and everyone chipped in today and very happy that we got over the line bowlers did really well. Very much because we did well, really well yesterday as well. I think we were just not good enough with the ball yesterday. So it was about us coming out and doing the same things again and then coming out with the ball and then finishing the job.

[Speaking about his form] There's no secret. I'm not sure. I've been practicing a lot, working really hard. Something is burning inside that I want to do well again.
So really happy to be contributing to the team.

Very happy, I think, after yesterday, to come back today and put their hands up, each one of them, very happy for them, and for the team. We had a very relaxed atmosphere in the team because we always keep it that way. We don't go too high when we win and we don't go too low when we lose. So it was really important for us, like you said, for us to come out here and win this game and really glad that we could come out and do that."

9:12 PM IST: Time for the post-match presentation.
9:06 PM IST: A comprehensive 54-run win for Mysore Warriors as they notch up their first win in three games against the defending champions Gulbarga Mystics. Mysore outplayed their opponents in all facets of the game and after a promising start, Gulbarga fell away towards the end.

Chasing 199 for the win, Mystics were off to a flier as Mysore looked under the pump in the powerplay. Chethan LR was the star with 44 off 35 balls as he held the innings together. Prajwal scored 16 off 13 balls. Smaran scored 15 while Noronha scored 20 off 14 balls. The skipper Vyashak got to double figures, but the innings nosedived after the powerplay and they folded for 144 in 19 overs. 13 extras were given by the fielding side.

Manoj Bhandage was the pick of the bowlers for Mysore Warriors ending with figures of 4/19 in 3 overs. The rest of the bowlers picked up a wicket each. Venkatesh, Suchith, Ajit Karthik, Achar, Shashi Kumar and Reddy all got a wicket each today in a good bowling effort by the Mysore Warriors.

Earlier in the game, Mysore Warriors lost Ajit Karthik for 13 off 9 balls. After that, R Samarth and skipper Karun Nair had an impressive partnership between them. Samarth scored 48 off 38 balls while Nair top scored with 57 off 39 balls and his stroke making was of the highest quality. Suchith scored 17 off 8 balls. Manoj Bhandage played a cameo of 32 off 15 balls which was spectacular. The keeper batter Rakshith also played a valuable cameo of 21 off 8 balls as the Mysore Warriors powered their way to 198/5 in 20 overs with 7 extras given by the fielding side.

Abhilash Shetty got three wickets but went for 49 runs in his 4 overs for Mystics. A wicket also for Ankit Verma and Avinash as well. The rest of the bowlers were taken to the cleaners and were ineffective to say the least.

So, Mysore Warriors win this game by 54 runs to notch up their first win in 3 games. Mystics after winning their first game have now lost two matches in a row. Work to do for them. Stick around for the presentations.

W WICKET! CAUGHT! That's it, a comprehensive victory for the Warriors! Flighted delivery is a bit slower through the air. Raj makes room and tries to loft it over the extra cover but fails to get enough elevation on it as the ball flies to the left of Karun at short extra cover, who makes no mistake and takes it safely. Mysore Warriors win by a massive margin on 54 runs.
18.5 Kumar to A Shetty
1 Tossed up around off. Shetty biffs it down to long-off for a solo run.
