New Zealand skipper, Tom Latham is being presented with the series trophy, 🏆 and now the whole Black Caps team join him for the celebration and photograph session.
Najmul Hossain Shanto (Bangladesh Captain): "Yes, the boys played well in this match. We had the confidence of winning the series, but did not play moments better. But today, the boys played really well. The bowlers bowled really well today and bowled lines and lengths and got the job done. I just focussed on my strengths and played according to the situation and got the runs in the end. Yes, this will give us confidence going forward, but T20IS are a different ball game altogether and hope to do well then. We have certain plans going forward and going around, but the focus will be on how we can do well in the T20IS in a few days time."
Tom Latham (New Zealand Captain): " No, obviously it was a very below-par performance. Obviously, with the bat, we weren't able to build any sort of partnerships. Bangladesh found a way to bowl on that surface and managed to get plenty out of it. And as I said, we weren't able to build any sort of pressure and put it back on them. So, yeah, pretty disappointing.

Yeah, I certainly didn't think it was going to be a usual McLean park.
But again, Bangladesh bowled beautifully. They were able to hit the stumps with some sideways movement, which we obviously weren't able to counteract. So, yeah, full credit to them.

I think we sort of always knew at the halfway mark they were probably going to come quite hard with the bat and try hit us off our lengths, which they did. So, I guess, as a whole, you always look at a series and it's nice that we've been able to introduce some new guys to this team and give some guys some international experience. So, guess every time you lose or every game you play, you always want to learn. And I'm sure the last three games, the guys will certainly learn from, I guess, the challenge that they've been up against and also the things that they've done well."
Will Young (Player of the Series): "Yes, it was tough today. The ball was swinging and did make tough for us. Nice to get the series win in the end. We will take the series win. Yes, it was tough not to play in India. But happy to contribute and do well in New Zealand. I was not aware that I passed the list and happy to do well for my side. Will look at the side and the list later on. Happy with the series win, but disappointed with the loss today."
Player of the series: Will Young
Tanzim Hasan Sakib (Player of the Match): "Yeah, I'm really happy with my performance and how I started is really good for me. And I really enjoyed the bowling there. The ball was nipping, the ball was swinging, and it helped the team.

I tried to bowl wicket to wicket and I tried to hold my line in length and rest of the wicket did the work and the wicket really helped me. This wicket is really good for the pace bowlers and I really enjoy my bowling here."
