A massive victory by 6 wickets chasing the highest target of the tournament. Pure clean hitting by Yusuf Pathan took his team to the finals single-handedly.
After winning the toss Buffaloes decided to bowl first. The start with the ball was good for them but not long. Andre Fletcher came to bat after an initial wicket loss for Qalandars and changed the momentum completely. Fletcher and Baig added 49 runs for the second wicket after the loss of Seifert. Fletcher attacked Masakadza and got 31 runs off his over. The biggest over of the Zim Afro T10.
Ali ended his inning on 32 and Welch on 24. The duo added 62 runs in mere 23 deliveries for the 5th wicket partnership which took Durban Qalandars to 140/4 in 10 overs. Noor Ahmad got 2 wickets whereas Muzarabani and Nyauchi shared a wicket each.
The start of the historic run chase for Buffaloes was good as in the first over Skipper Hafeez went for some big shots and collected 17 runs.
