Due to persistent rain, unfortunately we get no game for the third T20I between South Africa Women and New Zealand Women. The caravan will move to Benoni for the final two encounters to be held on October 14 and 15.

That is it. A wake-up even before the sleep. This is Arijit Kundu, signing off along with good friend and co-commentator  Deepak Prakash and scorer/analyst Raju Khariya. Cheers and goodbye!! Until then, you may keep your eyes locked in the World Cup fixture between Sri Lanka and Pakistan where the former searches for their first-ever victory against the counterpart in 50-over World Cups.
8:42 PM IST, 17:12 Local Time: We have a bad news folks! The match has been abandoned due to persistent rain at Buffalo Park, East London. All three games of the 5-match series at Buffalo Park, East London have been washed out by rain and now both sides will move to Willowmoore Park, Benoni for the remaining two matches of the series, and hopefully, the rain god will show some mercy in the last two T20I matches.
Pitch Report: The surface at Buffalo Park is expected to assist the pacers in the initial part of the game. The ball tends to move laterally off the surface and the batters will have to stay patient early on in their innings. After spending some time in the middle, they can start playing their strokes freely.
8:30 PM IST, 17:00 Local Time: Good evening, folks! Hello and warm welcome to the live coverage of the third match of the ongoing 5-match T20I series between the hosts South Africa Women and the visitors New Zealand Women at Buffalo Park, East London.

I am Deepak Prakash, and shall soon be accompanied by my esteemed co-commentator, Arijit Kundu, along with score/analyst Raju Khariya. We will provide you with all the live ball-by-ball analysis of this contest.
New Zealand Women and South Africa Women will play each other in the third T20I of the five-match series. The match will be played on Tuesday 10th, October at 9:30 PM IST at the Buffalo Park Stadium in South Africa.

Booth teams will be looking to win this match and take a lead in the series, as the first two games have been abandoned due to rain. South Africa Women will look to continue their momentum from the ODI series and win this series too.

South Africa boasts of the presence of players like Marizanne Kapp, Sune Luus, Ayabonga Khaka, Chloe Tryon and Laura Wolvaardt. New Zealand, on the other hand, looks like a complete team with players like Amelia Kerr, Hannah Rowe, Georgia Plimmer, and Sophie Devine. The series is now a three-match series, and winning the first one would definitely give an advantage to either of the teams. So the stage is set for a cracker of a contest.

Do join us for this live coverage of the match from 8:30 PM IST...
