That's a wrap on this 3rd T20I and the series as a whole. Both teams will battle it out in the ODI series in Mirpur starting from Sunday onwards. Do join us for that and for other fixtures around the globe across formats, do stick around to our network. For now, this is Ayan Chatterjee signing off on behalf of my co-commentator Deepak Prakash alongside scorer analyst Bishal Mandal. Stay safe, happy, and cool. Goodnight and CHEERS!
Harmanpreet Kaur collects the trophy and now goes with the trophy to her teammates as India have won the series 2-1. They deserve to celebrate but have got some work to do in their batting going forward. Smiles on the Indian camp.
Nigar Sultana (Bangladesh Women Captain): "Yeah, before the ODI series we needed this momentum. Our bowlers bowled brilliantly and they showed their character how we can come back in the matches was amazing. After the last match, everyone was confident. We know what we are capable of. (On asked about momentum) We need to keep our positive cricket. Was very confident of our team, and I know their potential. We are capable of beating good teams."
Harmanpreet Kaur (Player of the Series and India Women Captain): "Today Bangladesh were more focussed and better than us. Lot of learning for us going into the ODI series. We know the pitch and now have to bat well in the ODIS. Our batting collapsed in the end, that's where we collapsed and that's where we lost the game. One thing is clear. It will be low scoring and we need to rotate the strike and focus on dot balls. We need to go over by over and not think too far ahead. But I think lots of learnings as well. Definitely, the young bowlers did well especially the leg spinner bowled well. Minnu bowled well and so did Jemi and we are getting another bowler in the side. Lots of learnings for us and we hope to do well in the ODIS."
Harmanpreet Kaur is the Player of the Series.
Shamima Sultana (Player of the Match): "We tried to work on the smaller mistakes we did in the last match and focused on singles and doubles."
5:00 PM IST, 5:30 PM Local Time: Time for the presentations.
Deepak: This is the first time Bangladesh Women defeated India Women since the year 2018. They last defeated India in the Asia Cup final on 10th June 2018.
4:37 PM IST, 5:07 PM Local Time: So, a historical win for Bangladesh Women as they beat India Women by 4 wickets with 10 balls to spare. They have played the better game today and notch up a consolation win. India wins the series 2-1 but have been awful with the bat in the last two games.

Chasing a target of 103 for the win, Bangladesh Women lost Rani early. But it was Shamima Sultana who held the innings together and scored 42 off 46 balls and was one of the main reasons why they got over the line today. Nigar Sultana scored 14. Sultana Khatun scored 12. Nahida Akter and Ritu Moni were unbeaten in the end, when the victory target was achieved.

The Indian bowlers tried their best one felt defending a low score. A couple of wickets apiece for Devika Vaidya and Minnu Mani while Jemimah got the other wicket. There was a run out as well. They tried hard, but was defending too low a target on this occasion.

Earlier in the game, Indian captain Harmanpreet Kaur won the toss and opted to bat first as India lost their openers early. Jemimah Rodrigues scored 28. While the skipper Harmanpreet Kaur scored a good 40. Yastika Bhatia and Shafali Verma got into double figures, but the innings lacked substance. There was a collapse at the top and at the death overs which meant India could only muster 102/9 in 20 overs with the lower middle order being blown away.

Bangladesh bowlers were on song and were disciplined. Rabeya Khan was the pick of the bowlers with 3 wickets for 16 runs in 4 overs. Sultana Khatun supported her well by taking a couple of wickets for 17 runs in 4 overs. A wicket apiece for Nahida Akter, Fahima Khatun, and Shorna Akter. A very good bowling performance and a decent batting performance has ensured that Bangladesh walk out winners here today.

So, a win for Bangladesh by 4 wickets with 10 balls left as they go down in the series 1-2 to India. Stick around for the presentations.
18.2 D Sharma to R Moni
1 There it is, Bangladesh Women managed to avoid the whitewash. Tossed up delivery on the stumps. Moni whips it to mid-wicket for a single to finish the match. Bangladesh Women win by 4 wickets.
There is an umpire's review for a run out at the striker's end. Yes, the batter has got herself in. NOT OUT is the call on the screen.
18.1 D Sharma to N Akter
1  Tossed up delivery down the leg. Akter flicks it to short fine leg and sneaks a single. The scores are level now.
