However, Omkar Khatpe took on the responsibility of anchoring the innings and held one end firmly. He continued to build the innings, providing stability to the CSK team.
As the innings progressed, Om Bhosale and Abhishek Pawar failed to capitalize on their opportunities, unable to contribute significant runs.
