That's a wrap from our side as well. Deepak Prakash here signing off on behalf of my co-commentator Saipavan Janaki and score/analyst Raju Khariya. CHEERS!
Rahul Tripathi( Eagle Nashik Titans  Captain) : "I think this was a good game and everybody showed their character and first game of the tournament and a bit of nerves and we are on the winning side. Yes definitely, the rain is around and good to chase and little rain is coming, and in  20 overs game,  chasing 197 was difficult but 15 overs game chasing 157 is good, and we did well. (Coach) I think he showed a lot of character and I was looking outside and they had seen him and good game this was. Thanks"
Arshin Kulkarni (Player of the Match): "Yeah, it was the amount of trust the support staff and team members kept in me. I am very happy with my performance. I was just told to play my natural game. It was really tough to bowl the last over but skipper Rahul bhaiya was just helping me."
Rajvardhan Hangargekar( Chhatrapati Sambhaji Kings  Captain): "Definitely a very good game of cricket and both teams did well as a captain really cherish and we did small mistakes and lots of things to learned from this game. Actually, do practice the thing was I knew my strength and it comes in my arc, will hit definitely. Bowling wise our team did well and batting-wise very good."
6:27 PM IST | Deepak: After a rain-curtailed game that lasted for over four hours, the result was determined in the very last ball of the match. Throughout the game, the momentum swung back and forth between the two teams. However, in the end, the pendulum settled in favor of the Eagle Nashik Titans, emerging as the victorious team.

Previously, following an invitation to bat, the Eagle Nashik Titans made a remarkable beginning and successfully achieved a total of 195 runs in 20 overs. Arshin Kulkarni played a pivotal role, scoring 60 runs to anchor the Titans' innings. However, it was Dhanraj Shinde's thrilling performance towards the end that enabled the Titans to surpass the 190-run milestone. Sambhaji Kings' Shamshuzama Kazi and Rameshwar Daud managed to take a couple of wickets each, but it's worth noting that both of them conceded 31 runs in their respective 4 overs.

Chasing the Titans' formidable total of 195 runs, the Kings made a promising start. However, the match was interrupted by rain, resulting in a reduction of the target to 157 runs in 15 overs for the Kings. Saurabh Nawale and Murtaza Trunkwala continued their innings with great momentum, displaying their exceptional skills right from the start. Unfortunately, their progress was halted when Akshay Waikar dismissed Trunkwala for 35 runs, breaking their 63-run partnership. Om Bhosale had a disappointing performance, scoring only 10 runs before departing from the crease.

Despite Nawale's impressive form, he narrowly missed reaching his half-century by just 4 runs, which put his team in a difficult position. The Sambhaji Kings then suffered a series of quick wickets, adding to their woes. However, their captain, Rajvardhan Hangargekar, played a brief but impactful innings, scoring 21 runs off just 8 balls, injecting excitement back into the game. As the match approached its climax, the equation was reduced to requiring 17 runs off the final over. Ranjeet Nikam showcased exceptional skill in that over, bringing the equation down to 7 runs off 2 balls. Despite their valiant efforts, the Sambhaji Kings ultimately fell short by 4 runs, unable to reach the target.

From the bowling front, Akshay Waikar bagged a couple of wickets for the Titans, while Izhaan Sayed and Prashant Solanki contributed one wicket.

Stay tuned for the post-match presentations..
