Earlier in the game, Yorkshire Vikings won the toss and invited Derbyshire Falcons to bat first. The Falcons got off to a slow start as they scored just 38 runs in the powerplay and lost one wicket. But as the innings progressed they started scoring at a brisk rate, credit goes to Haider Ali he took charge and played a good knock of 74 runs.
