That's it from all of us for this game. Do join us for more cricketing action all around the globe. For now, this is Akshay Bhide, signing off, on behalf of my co-commentator Anirudh Modi and scorer Ashok Dayma. Until next time, cheers and good night.
Devon Conway | Match Hero: "Yes certainly, it's good to get the win and important contribution from everyone. One thing helped us was the rain, it helped the ball skid on, I tried to make sure to bat through and it was pretty much my role and stuck to it.

The way Finn started it was a brilliant way to set the tone, unfortunate the way he got out. Fortunately the rain was not horizontal and with the bat we try to make sure we make use of the conditions and hopefully the ball skids on for us.

For me it was my job to bat through, it was important for us to build partnerships and hold wickets and the runs will fly. Eliminator will be a great occasion for us agains the same opposition and we are looking forward to it."

1:52 AM IST, 9:22 PM Local Time: That’s it. The Southern Brave qualify for the finals of the Men’s Hundred 2023 Competition. A solid all-around effort sees them beat the Manchester Originals by six wickets to book a place in the knockout stages of the competition. Both these sides will again face each other in the Eliminator, with the winner scheduled to take on the Oval Invincibles in the final on Sunday at Lord’s.

Chasing 131, the Southern Brave came out all guns blazing. Finn Allen hit 14 off the first three balls before falling on the fourth ball to Josh Tongue. James Vince joined Devon Conway in the middle. Both made full use of the powerplay as both kept finding boundaries. The visitors scored 51 at the end of the powerplay, their highest score this season. They were 52/1 at the end of 26 balls before rain arrived.

It was a very short pause in play. Vince and Conway continued building the partnership after the rain break and kept ticking the scoreboard. With 50 required from 47 balls, Vince fell on 33 as the 67-run stand was broken by Ashton Turner. Zaman Khan picked up two wickets in the 14th set but the cool head of Devon Conway helped Brave win the game by six wickets. Conway remained unbeaten 54 to take his side home with five balls to spare. Colin Ackermann remained unbeaten on 24 and supported Conway nicely from the other end.

Earlier, Jos Buttler, Manchester Originals skipper, won the toss and opted to bat first. He along with Philip Salt gave their side a solid start, with the latter playing some fantastic shots up front. Salt scored 17 off eight balls before falling in the fourth set. Laurie Evans also fell cheaply on two. Buttler along with Wayne Madsen stitched a 39-run stand for the third wicket before Madsen was dismissed on a 16-ball 22.

Buttler struggled for timing throughout his innings. The Brave bowlers bowled beautifully in the middle phase and kept a check on the scoring rate. The boundaries dried up and the Brave managed to pull back things by picking regular wickets. Buttler’s departed in the 17th set after a scratchy 42-ball 45 and the Originals finished their innings on 130/8.  Tymal Mills was the standout bowler for Brave as he registered figures of 3/27 in his 20 balls. Rehan Ahmed also grabbed two wickets before their batters stepped up to chase down the total.

4 FOUR! That's it! Southern Brave seal a fantastic victory over the Originals! Full length delivery, on the off stump, sweeps it in the gap at forward square to win the game with a boundary! Both these sides qualify for the knockouts and these two sides will meet again in the Eliminator!

1 SCORES ARE LEVEL! Full length delivery, on the stumps, miscues his reverse to short third to sneak in a single.

2 Good length delivery, on the stumps, chips it over extra cover for a couple of runs.
Fifty up for Devon Conway. What a special knock this has been from the southpaw.
92b A Turner to D Conway
4 FOUR! That's some way to bring up the 50! Just one more boundary needed for Brave to win this! Length delivery, outside the off stump, slaps it straight back down the ground for a boundary!

Jos Buttler decides to review it. Fair delivery to start.

4 FOUR! Each boundary is a crushing blow to Originals' hopes! Yorker, on the stumps, Ackermann touches it behind the keeper through short fine for 4 runs! Huge appeal but the umpire has not given it, the originals review. But it's a clear edge off the bat!
89b Z Khan to C Ackermann
WD WIDE! Ah, Zaman will be disappointed with that, back of a length delivery, loses his balance and the ball slips to go outside the guide line of the off stump.
