That's it from match number 22 in the men's Hundred competition. Easy win for the Southern Brave taking them to the second spot in the points table.

Ninaad Dixit here signing off on behalf of my co-commentator Megh Mandaliya and scorer/analyst Paras Yadav. Stay tuned for more cricketing action from around the world.
James Vince (Southern Brave Captain): "We had the advantage of bowling first on a used wicket, we bowled really well. We pulled it back and kept it to 120 which kept our chase calmer. When we won our first edition of the Hundred, Mills and Jordan were a big part of the team, the bowlers used the longer boundary well tonight.

Tim [David] is playing one more group game and then Mitchell Santner is coming in for the final group game and probably the finals."
Tymal Mills (Hero of the match): "Yeah, it was a big win. We started off pretty slow. We have won a couple in a row now. We accessed the conditions really well. We knew it was a used wicket. We knew it was dry and we played an extra spinner today. Colin Ackermann was match ready.

Yeah, CJ missed a couple of games. Great to have him back. He takes a little pressure off me at the death as well. He plays a key role with the bat and in the field as well. Really good environment here and I am taking every game as it comes. Also understanding it's not gonna go your way always but just backing yourself to do well often or not."
Tymal Mills is the hero of the match.
1:32 AM IST, 9:02 PM Local time: A victory in the end for the Southern Brave by four wickets which takes them to the second position in the points table.

Earlier, Moeen Ali at the toss called it right and decided to bat first. Phoenix lineup could manage only 119/8 with Tymal Mills (3/20) and Rehan Ahmed (3/22) leading the charge for Brave.

Chasing a not so difficult total, Finn Allen (22 off 14) hammered opening bowlers Chris Woakes and Adam Milne around the park but it was Kane Richardson who induced a glove towards the keeper to break the partnership inside the powerplay.

Skipper James Vince was off the mark with a boundary with the score 35/1 at the end of 5 sets. Moeen Ali introduced himself after 55 balls and decided to bowl 10 sets a row. The ploy worked for Rehan in the first innings and did work for Moeen as well as he skittled his opposite number for 18.

Conway was the next man to depart as he ran himself out owing to a mixup. George Garton then arrived at the crease and smashed his way for a 28-ball-18-run cameo with 4 fours and a six and was dismissed with just 9 required in 17 balls.

Sent in to finish the game, Tim David found the boundary once but holed out in the deep with just 1 run to do the needful. There was another twist in the tale with Dan Mousley bowling four dots in a row and also dismissed Leus du Plooy (15 off 18). He ended up with a wide conceding the winning run.

Tanveer Sangha (2/23) was the pick of the bowlers with the pitch having wickets for Mousley (1/1), Moeen (1/17) and Kane Richardson (1/5) as well. Chris Woakes, Milne, Howell and Liam Livingstone remained wicketless.

The Birmingham Phoenix, as a result still remain at the bottom of the points table with only 4 points to their name. Brave, as mentioned above rise in the ranks to number 2 in the table and will play their next game against Oval Invincibles on Saturday.
95b D Mousley to C Jordan
WD Oh dear!! Anti-climax for Mousley! Bowls over the wicket on length but down the leg side. Jordan swings and misses, Nigel Llong has his arms spread to signal the inevitable.
Chris Jordan is the next batter in.

94b D Mousley to Plooy
W Big appeal and the finger has been raised! Dan Mousley strikes out of nowhere! 4 dots in a row! A full and quick ball on the off stump angled back in. Du Plooy gets down in an attempt to play the reverse sweep, misses and is hit on the front pad. The review has been taken. Nothing on ultra edge and ball tracking confirms the ball is hitting the stumps. Can the Phoenix do the unthinkable?
This is brilliant bowling from Dan Mousley. Three dots in a row.
93b D Mousley to Plooy
0 Length and on the leg stump, goes for the reverse sweep and is hit on the body.
92b D Mousley to Plooy
0 Darts another short ball on the leg stump, du Plooy backs away and misses again.
91b D Mousley to Plooy
0 Around the wicket, 57 mph. Mousley keeps it for another ball! Bowls a quick and short of a length delivery on the leg stump, it straightens after pitching moving right over the stump. Du Plooy rocks back, plays and misses.
Dan Mousley comes into the attack.
