That's it from this game. Join us shortly for Qualifier 1 between Sylhet Strikers and Comilla Victorians coming u soon. For now, this is Ayan Chatterjee signing off on behalf of my co-commentator Datrim alongside scorer/analyst Zeeshan Naiyer. Stay safe, happy, and cool. Goodbye and CHEERS!
Nurul Hasan (RANGPUR RIDERS SKIPPER): "We are glad that we played as a team and got the desired result. The wicket was playing nicely and we were confident that we could chase a big total here. I think we need to do what we are doing right now and be prepared to face every team."
Shamim Hossain (Player of the match): "I had the self-belief of finishing the match and tried my best. We batted well and the bowlers did well to pull things back. I am hungry and was wanting to play well. Happy to get the win for the team."
Shakib Al Hasan (FORTUNE BARISHAL SKIPPER): "We should have scored 10-15 runs more. Yes, we thought we were in a position to score 190 but we couldn’t accelerate in the death overs. Yes, I thought we bowled well, hard work for our bowlers they put in a lot of effort but unfortunately, we ended on the losing side. We expected more out of this game but tuff luck!"
4:40 PM IST: Mahedi Hasan finishes things off in style as Rangpur Riders win this game by 4 wickets with 3 balls left to qualify for Qualifier 2. Fortune Barishal led by Shakib Al Hasan bow out of the competition. This was a superb game of cricket.

Chasing a stiff target of 171 for the win, Rangpur lost Sheikh for a duck. Rony Talukdar was good with his 29 off 17 balls. But it was the Shamim Hossain show as he scored a brilliant 71 off 51 balls. Skipper Nurul Hasan scored 18 off 13 balls. Dasun Shanaka was unbeaten on 16* off 12 balls. Mahedi Hasan finished things off in style with his unbeaten 18* off 9 balls to win the game for his side. 13 extras were given by the fielding side as the chase was done and dusted in 19.3 overs.

Khaled Ahmed was the pick of the bowlers with a couple of wickets in his 4 overs. Shakib bowled well and got a couple of wickets. Kamrul Islam Rabbi also got two wickets. They tried their best but were defending a slightly under-par total.

Earlier in the day, Fortune Barshal got to 170/3 thanks to Mehidy Hasan Miraz's brilliant 69 off 48 balls. Mahmudullah scored 34 off 21 balls. Karim Janat was unbeaten with 33* off 25 balls while Rajapaksa scored an unbeaten 17* off 10 balls. But they were looking good to get to 200 but the bowlers pulled it back in the end overs.

Dasun Shanaka had two wickets to his name while Rakibul got the other one. The rest of the bowlers like Bravo and Mujeeb kept things tight despite going wicketless.

So, a win by 4 wickets for the Riders as they move on to Qualifier 2. Stay tuned for the presentations.
19.3 Rabbi to M Hasan
4 THAT'S IT! IT'S ALL OVER FOR FORTUNE BARISHAL! Rangpur Riders have won it handsomely! Good length ball on middle stump line, batter tries to slog but gets an outside edge and the ball runs away to third man region for a four!
19.2 Rabbi to M Hasan
4 BOUNDARY! A slower ball outside off stump line, batter lines himself to play the ramp shot, connects it well and the ball sails over short fine leg for a four.
19.1 Rabbi to D Shanaka
1 Low full toss outside off stump line, Shanaka is unable to get a hold of it. Hits it to long on for a single.
8 runs are needed off 6 balls with 4 wickets in hand. Dasun Shanaka will be the man on strike.

18.6 K Ahmed to D Shanaka
1 Short and wide ball, cut away but straight to the man at deep point for a single.
18.5 K Ahmed to M Hasan
1 Full ball way outside off stump, batter shuffles across to play the scoop, ends up playing a nothing shot for a single. A direct hit at the bowler's end would have been GAME OVER for Hasan.
18.4 K Ahmed to M Hasan
0 An opportunity wasted! Full ball outside off stump, batter swings hard but fails to make any connection.
This looks like a waist-high no ball. Replays show that the ball is high and free hit shall follow.
18.4 K Ahmed to M Hasan
4nb ANOTHER FOUR! Very useful runs for Riders at this stage of the game. High full toss guides away past third man fielder for a four. Ohh hello? It's been called a NO BALL! That is CRIMINAL STUFF from AHMED!
18.3 K Ahmed to M Hasan
0 Dot ball. Full ball outside off stump line, batter advances but misses it completely. Pressure building on the batter now.
18.2 K Ahmed to M Hasan
4 Full ball on middle stump line, batter clears his front leg and smashes this away to the mid wicket region for a four. MUCH NEEDED BOUNDARY THAT! CAME AT A VERY CRUCIAL TIME FOR RANGPUR RIDERS!
18.1 K Ahmed to M Hasan
0 Full ball outside off stump, driven straight to short cover fielder for none.
19 runs are now needed off 12 balls.
