7:47 PM IST | The win for New York Strikers meant that they pump themselves at the crown position of the points table and Delhi Bulls go out of the qualification equation. There are two more games in the queue in the Abu Dhabi T10 League 2022.

This is your guy, Arijit Kundu and it is time for me to take your leave alongside co-commentator Akshay Bhide and scorer/analyst Paras Yadav. Do stick to the other coverages from us - AUS vs WI Test, PAK vs ENG Test, Abu Dhabi T10 League, and much more.
Kieron Pollard (Player of the Match/ New York Strikers' Captain): "Good thing to take my team past the finishing line. Our bowlers were brilliant today first of all. We have been benefitted from the addition of Rashid Khan today. I wanna contributed as well. You wanna continue these forms in T10 or T20 and I would like to do it more often in the remaining of the tournament.

There could be a couple of bad performances but as an individual, it can make you down. You can think about a score at a time but what matters is the impact you offer to the team."
Player of the Match: Kieron Pollard
Power-hitter of the match: Tom Banton (46 runs of 23 balls)
Magic Moment of the match: Rilee Rossouw
7:34 PM IST | Time for the presentations.
Azam Khan: "I think it was a great effort from the team. We have another game tomorrow and will look to win it and finish at the top of the table. Everyone has been pitching in nicely and it is a short format, so we are really looking forward to the next game. The momentum keeps going on and if someone has a bad performance, we keep backing them, and the way Pollard is playing, we are very confident."
Arijit: 7: 28 PM IST | From 57-2 after 6 overs to surpassing the finishing line with 2 balls in hand๐Ÿ™€ is the cliffhanger that we have witnessed at the first game of the evening in the Abu Dhabi T10 League.

It came down to DJ Bravo ๐Ÿ†š Kieron Pollard, the battle of the best mates ๐Ÿ‘ and the latter chased it down and roared with ferocity. Pollard bursted 26* runs of 7 balls to take his team to triumph chasing down 20 runs of the last over.

The Strikers have kicked off๐Ÿฆตthe Bulls from the scenario of qualification for the 6th edition of Abu Dhabi T10 League and picked themselves up at the top spot.

Two Irish men walked out for the chase and the one who represents the native nation went early this day. Yes, it was Paul Stirling and the other - Eoin Morgan, who played a more than par knock to steer the innings deep. The Strikers had lost two wickets early on this eve and Fazalhaq Farooqi and Richard Gleeson were to be credited for that.

Eoin Morgan and Azam Khan glued a very crucial partnership and steadied the ship from there. The former English skipper shepherded it well with three sixes at brisk intervals. The pair had built 48 runs together and Azam Khan was the one who stayed till the last over alongside skipper Kieron Pollard.

Previously, Delhi Bulls had won the toss and opted to field first. Akeal Hosein struck right in his first over as he removed the dangerous Rilee Rossouw. Stuart Binny followed it up with the scalp of Rahmanullah Gurbaz in the next over.

What followed next was absolute crunching from the duo of Tim David and Tom Banton. The former smacked 23 runs from 10 balls and the latter whacked 46 of 23 balls and fell trap to Jordan Thompson later on.

Some late-end quickfire from Najibullah Zadran and Imad Wasim propelled the scoreboard to 112-6 after 10 overs.

9.4 D Bravo to K Pollard
4 FOUR!!! GAME. SET. MATCH. Take a bow Kieron Pollard. Cometh the hour. Cometh the man. Heaves the length delivery in the leg side and Cox from deep mid wicket runs hard to his right and puts in a dive but fails to stop it. With this, Pollard takes his side across the line as the New York Strikers beat the Delhi Bulls by seven wickets.
9.3 D Bravo to K Pollard
4 FOUR!!! That should be the game for the Strikers. Bravo attempts a yorker but ends up bowling a low full toss and Pollard swings it across the line and splits the gap between deep square leg and deep mid wicket perfectly to collect a boundary. Just 4 required from 3 balls.
100 runs are up for the Strikers but that isn't important. Two sixes of the first two balls from Pollard and 8 runs needed now from 4 deliveries.
9.2 D Bravo to K Pollard
6 SIXXX!!! Kieron Pollard to the rescue here. What a shot this is from the big man. Bravo bowls it right in the slot on the stumps, Pollard smacks it straight back over the bowler's head and it goes the distance.
The onfield umpire is checking for the boundary. It is confirmed that the cork had landed on the ropes.
9.1 D Bravo to K Pollard
6 SIXXX!!!! Kieron Pollard starts the last over with a six. Bravo from round the wicket bowls a slower delivery outside off, Pollard picks it up as he slogs it into the cow corner area and it lands directly on the boundary cushions.
20 runs from 6 balls is the need of the hour for the New York Strikers. Bravo to bowl the last over against his good friend Kieron Pollard.

2 Excellent end to the over. Bowls a perfect yorker and Khan digs it out towards deep mid wicket. The throw comes in and hits Khan on the back who was scampering back for the second.
22 runs needed from 7 balls now.
